deanzo1690 8
Alright guys, just heard on radio that fenerbache have been thrown out of the champions league and the place will be given to the next highest rated side who won their league last season , with our co-efficiant being alot better than others, does anyone know if we can we put in the champions league as fenerbaches replacement ? also hearing arsenals name being mentioned if they go out tonight but their not champions of their league, so we have more right to be mentioned. Don81 2,846
If we'ld beaten Malmo might have been a possibility but surely we would have 2 have been in the final qualifying round to stand any chance..

caseyjones 3,009
Belgium and Demark are both above us. If true, I'd say that Genk would get in.

The Prince of Denmark 10
as much as id love to see us in the champs league and get the money its not very fair. I'd give it to the best placed losers in the play offs.
Ferdasyn 431
Never in a million years will we get it.All the talk seems to be about Liverpool or Arsenal, should they lose tonight.
Londonderry_Bear 111
Here are the current country co-efficients for this seasonLINKIf it was based on best ranked league champions I doubt we would get in unfortunately
Leeds_Bear 8,123
Uefa will want the most lucrative tie possible, I can see it not going to a champion but straight to the team with the highest co-efficient.
Basilbolio 2
The Turks will probably put in another of thier sides to replace Fenerbache
caseyjones 3,009
How can they replace Fenerbahce with a team who are already in the group stages? That would leave them with 31 teams still.Yes, and then the highest ranked team from Q4 would move up one place. They're not going to start qualification again, are they? disgruntled_bear 157
It all depends if the Turkish FA don't nominate a replacement team for Fenerbahce, if they don't then the decision goes to UEFA to reinstate somebody to make up the numbers after tonight results. Probably the highest Club coefficient. http://www.uefa.com/memberassociations/uefarankings/club//index.html
