"Media reports are today carrying the story that James Sawyer is unhappy at Falkirk and wants to leave. The central midfielder is said to be considering his future at the Falkirk Stadium, under the belief that he has gone as far as possible with The Bairns and is seeking a move to a bigger club."

Season 2, JANUARY UPDATE!

-Wigan Manager Steve Bruce is under pressure from the Wigan board, and could find himselff out of a job if the clubs current form doesn't improve

-Dmitri the Soup Thief turns professional!

-Tenerife's boss Antonio Calderon admits his side are looking to sign James Sawyer!

-David McPipehelm becomes the first player to make his full international debut, in a North Korea's 2-1 defeat to Turkmenistan. McPipehelm was the man of the match with a 7.9 rating, and managed to complete 38 out of 60 attempted passes all game, 14 more than the person with the second-highest number of passes, captain Hong Yong-Jo. Talking to World Soccer Magazine after the match, McPipehelm said that this was the sort of games that North Korea should be winning. McPipehelm also became North Koreas youngest ever player at 16 years and 16 days.

-Xerez reject loan bid for Nathan Aird from Novara as they want an initial fee of £300K

-Former Falkirk favourite Peter Houston reveals he has been disappointed with the midfielders recent form, and that it would perhaps be in the clubs interest to see him dropped. Sawyer has been averaging a 6.72 rating so far in the league. The 10th highest average rating in the squad.

-Nathan Aird sets record as Xerez's youngest ever goalscorer at 16 years and 232 days. Aird played the full match, got a 6.4 rating, and his goal came in the 14th minute.

-Xerez accept £550K bid from VIllareal for Nathan Aird.

-Xerez reject another loan bid from Novara for Aird, not budging from their original initial fee.

-Danny Dyer is said to be unhappy at Levante, and wants to move to a club that can give him first team football!

-Nathan Aird signs for Villareal!!!! He is on a 1.1K a week, 4 year contract, and his value is set at the price of his last transfer - £550K

-Hibernian declare interest in James Sawyer. Reports say the 21-year old would command a £500K fee! It is believed Hibernian don't the funds to fund such an expensive transfer

-Nathan Aird makes Villareal first team debut as a 78th minute substitute in a 3-1 win over Betis. Aird never saw enough of the ball to receive a rating.

-South Africa manager Pitso Mosimane sacked!

-Sawyer reiterates that he wishes to move to a bigger club, 2 days before the transfer window deadline!

TRANSFER WINDOW SLAMS SHUT!

-Roger De Sa hired as new South Africa manager!
