GovanFrontSince96 315
Went in after the game to spend some cash and buy a few tops and shorts. Only got one home pair of home shorts. Nothing in large men's apart from home top which I've got already. Seen lots of others looking baffled by the lack of stock. How much have Rangers lost out on today because of this? I bet there is a warehouse rammed full of gear too. Absolute joke.
NorthernLights 2,526
If it's in the warehouse then that's one thing, but I wouldn't be investing in new stock at the moment.
Jig 14
Merchandising has long since been a joke at our club. Another Murray blunder.
Ricky_ 893
they recently flogged off as much as they could for tenner.i'd imagine the cash was a bit of financial relief and wouldnt make any sense to reinvest in new stock at the moment.
GovanFrontSince96 315
Tops were a tenner today. Hardly investing in new stock if they are selling tops soon to be out of date. Just not got enough tops in to cope with demand, poor management.
50ShadesofBlue 667
It's end of line stock most likely so you'll be lucky to get a wide variety.

It ALL goes to JJB.They pay us a sum a year to run the shops and they take all the money from Merchandise sales.
stampyurie 203
Is it safe to say we have sold our ways off making money, eg megastores, strips, matchday scran?

I bet there is a warehouse rammed full of gear too. Absolute joke.I was in before the killie game and there was L, XL, XXL and I think I saw XXXL(not sure on the last one) home tops with and without sleeves, however because of the queues/occasion at the killie game coupled by the fact I wanted to be inside Ibrox to show the lads my support, I chose to go back after the game, but, to my surprise, when I went back after the game they only had a few large home tops left. So perhaps at the next home game if you go in prior to the match maybe, just maybe you will get luckyFinancial relief?Rangers get no direct cash from Merchandising at Ibrox... WVB 2,560
So.......of the several hundred quid I spent in the megastore, Rangers will get next to none of it?
bluegecko 306
it's near the end of the season, and they're trying to sell all the stock.Last week they had plenty of larger sizes in the home, away, and third strip. This happens every year (just not to this degree) when we're trying to punt the soon to be outdated strips. Everyone has the same idea about picking up extra tops and kit, which at this time of year they are not going to get more in because there are no more sitting in a warehouse. It's the end of the product line.
Ferguson_6 33
thought this was about poor stock, as I bought the 3in a row DVD about a month ago, double the price of HMV....(15.99) but anyway,Got home to find it had a bloody crack right down the centre. Took it straight back and just got an apology, despite the cheeky bitch offering me a receipt to buy a top at 40% off ...Pretty poor standard of staff in there. Not interested in people at all. Is the deal not set that the club get and agreed set amount per annum form jjb.
