gerslad93 0
dont think the banner brigade thought this one through, anyone one with a hand in the banners at ibrox should be ashamed of themselves!!!!totally disgusted. takes 6 weeks for a CVA to go through we dont have the money to see us to then this possibly could cost us our club !!!Well done guys!!!!! Guardian 4,281
Fuck me !!There won't be any CVA. TBK have no money, no time, no plan, no credibility.Don't be duped again. As soon as they get in they'll whip off their CVA mask and replace it with their Newco mask.No doubt augmented by a load of media stories leaked to tell us how it was all inevitable. Dennis 1,011
why does it take 6 weeks. d&p have already said creditors have agreed one.Why was Miller putting us into an incubator company then? So he could agree a CVA.

gerslad93 0
exactly lol there needs to be funds before it can be setup so administrators couldnt possibly have set 1 up!

adam2102 577
how could they agree one if the amount for the CVA is unknowni think they have agreed an amount (ie certain number of pennies in the pound) but the problem is trying to find a bidder with enough money to fulfill it
loyalfollower 1,543
A c.v.a for the amount of debt we have is MINIMUM 6 weeks btw. Thats without all the ifs and buts that tbks seem to be offering. Sure I heard on sky a few weeks ago that a c.v.a would take anything upto 9 months to be agreed which would mean either 15 or a 3rd of this seasons points deducted along with no signings . Only thing that will under tbks is relegation atleast millers newco would have us in better shape
RangersMedia 35,961
how could they agree one if the amount for the CVA is unknownAs long as the creditor's are known a CVA can be agreed for speculative amounts. Pretty unlikely though and gunslinger's talking pish that the Administrators have said 1 has been agreed.

Chesh 28
It doesn't take six weeks at all, I have seen companies go into Admin, and be out in a couple of weeks!
CottonRunt 978
I dont even care about CVA's, New Co's or Division 3 at the moment.I just want a club to support next year
El Carpintero 546
If it is factually incorrect that a CVA takes 6 weeks then i request admin or moderators please delete this muckraking thread. Thank you.
