Brubear 2,924 Posted May 10, 2012 Share Posted May 10, 2012 We all know when the SPL are meeting but it has gone very quiet on the appeal against the SFA sanctions. Can someone advise the date for this. Our case should be very simple, there have been 7 cases of Adnministration in Scottish football in the past decade, Livingston, Gretna, Airdrie, Motherwell, Dundee (twice) and now us. On each of these occassions the facts are the same, the clubs have built up debt and not paid the invoices, including Tax and football debt. On none of the previous 6 occassions were the clubs chargesd with bringing the game into disrepute, what makes our case different. The SFA need to explain why they felt we brought the game into disrepute when other clubs going into administration didn't. Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
