allanh91 75
I know it's severely early days and saving the club is the most important aspect of the next month or so...BUT...It is of the utmost importance to any potential success that we have next season and for many after that, that Sone Aluko is signed up on a permanent contract. This guy has the potential to become a GREAT Ranger. The way he plays football, the way he conducts himself and his attitude to football and life is beyond excellent.I for one hope he will be here come the start of the new season. allanh91 75
get a cva get alouko long term.Hopefully he will stay true to his word and listen to offers from us before anyone else. Obviously not asked of him, but I think he wants to be here. Seems to be close with Edu and Bartley.

Gerwelly 115
I think Edu has done a good job this season. I like Bartley but he is obviously going back to Arsenal and Sone has been fantastic and keeping him would be a statement of intent from the new regime. dan_ger 1,454
I feel that Edu will move on. I also think that he would do a good job in the EPL with a lower to middle half of the table team. Keeping Aluko is a must.

ddundas 1
We would keep the whole team on quarter wages, but that's not really up to us at the end of the day.Thats a big askJust listened to the interview with Green." People should have been getting their bids together instead of posturing in front of the cameras. If the club had bee run properly in the last 10 years we could not afford to buy the club just now" Fair enough BUT where have they been for the last 3yrs when SDM was trying to sell us, to all and sundry.Something doesnt feel rite here

Also EBT case coming to the fringes of the news.1 year ago we had £18M debt with STC and BTC, putting potential debt anywhere near £140M.Yesterday - In administration, buy the club for nothing (£2 if you believe the news), offer creditors £8.5M to pay off debts, if they refuse, asset swap to newco and debt free.Simples. We are a much more attractive business acquisition now BECAUSE we are in administration and have potential financial gain through our consistent success as a club. Admin will have advised him based on what HMRC have told them. There's no way 20 guys would form a consortium and part with cold hard cash unless they knew a deliverable CVA was probable. If it gets rejected, well, it will be tough, but we will still, and always be the Rangers, just playing under a newco.
