Let my type slowly for you. If there were dual contracts, the FTTT would have been over and done with 3 years ago and not still awaiting a decision from 3 of the highest judges in the land.

The SPL case for EBTs is nothing more than an attempt by a vindictive, hate filled rival sitting in a position of power attempting to abuse (they are good at that) their power to try and close the gap they could never do on the pitch.

Well said. A lot of people (I use the term loosely) are saying that the FTTT and the dual contracts aren't connected. Well I would say the opposite is true. If there were dual contracts the FTTT would have been over before it started as we couldn't have claimed that payments were non-contractual. The fact it has dragged on without conclusion suggests to me that there are no dual contracts and may only be , as you say, demonstrations of what could be paid.
