The Swedes last night qualified for the Champions League play-offs and even if they lose their next game they will go into the group stages of the Europa League. That will allow them to finance the Bedoya deal, which had stalled because the Scandinavians had failed to sell one of their own players.However, Beattie will not be heading to Ibrox.
