He'll fucking love every second of this.

He's likely a bitter, twisted wee rhat who would love nothing more than to see how much attention he is getting.

He does indeed but this for once makes him feel the way his victims feel, this should hopefully will teach him a lesson.

Like you say he may revel in it as he does seem quite sad and obsessed.
