Of course, we all know what the rumour mill is like these days, but I have spoken with the organiser of the event and he confirmed this happened.No one expects the guy to do it for nothing, particularly me. Bomber obviously has to pay for flights and digs, but he would have been better saying "keep the cash and I won't come over" However, I do know the RTIDNI lads were mightily cheesed off about it.Let's be honest here, ex Gers players have been making money from us for years now (not just Bomber) Many of us know who the biggest culprits are and won't be giving them another penny.
