Said before guys like Peralta,Cribari,Kyle,Foster should have been nowhere near the Rangers there should have been young men developed through the system who would have done a better job than these fucking clowns.A lack of belief by the management in the youth was the cause of these imposters being anywhere near the Rangers.A lack of belief and a lack of decent management has left us with the shit that is at our club now and if the argument is put up that the youth werent there then surely after 10/11 years of MP the biggest question should be WHY isnt the youth talent there.

It seems to be often forgotten that the 2 brightest talents at the club at the time of newco fucked off for nothing and then several others went on become first team regulars in D3.

If you look around there seems to be a few talented players that came through our youth system - we've really missed a trick with actually developing first team players tho. None of the managers we've had since mp was setup have actually given youth a chance, yes we've had some that have made it to the first team, but look at the dross we've brought in for the sake of "experience" there is a mindset at the club (still remains with some on here too) that winning at any cost is what we need and to do that we have to buy in first team players.

Until that attitude drops well keep repeating the same old mistakes
