govanblue 16,847
well, that was confusing!Ok - 1 medal to the Beast, 1 medal to Stafford Although for my trouble I'm going to require a £5 RM Erskine Fund donation/membership fee from stafford. The Beast has already pledged £10 to the Fund, so he's covered.
stafford 163
fair enough ok to pay on collection?
govanblue 16,847
fair enough ok to pay on collection?Yes mate. but sorry - I'm moving the goalposts a wee bit...£8 for the medal £7 donation to the Erskine Fund=£15 cash on collection at Ibrox. You are currently the highest bidder for the Seb Faure shirt, at £25 - but I need to let that run for a bit to be fair to the other members. govanblue 16,847
Hey govanblue I have PM'd you I think, but I'll pay £30 for the medals. How do we close the deal?Who's medals are they? They are unofficial Commemorative Medals - Division 3 Champions. The Co. Armagh RSCs commissioned them, and sold them to their members (and to RM members) to raise money for charity. They also presented everyone in the playing squad and management team with one. Depending on the market, they've been going for over £20 on ebay.
stafford 163
Throw in an old Erskine pin badge and you have a deal

GB can you sort out the details ?fair enough ok to pay on collection?Aw shit - one slight problem.I've just checked, and I've made a boo-boo.It's actually the following year's medal that I've got left..The Scottish League 1 Champions Commemorative Medal...Does that make a difference? stafford 163
Aghh 2013 was the year my son was born, was for his collection. I'll still take 1 though.
govanblue 16,847
Personally I think we should just accept those two bids (Aluko - £100, Faure - £50) and that would be that.We put a price cap on all the other shirts in the last auction, and we're not short of money, so it would be unfair to start a bidding war. The prices are already above what I would have accepted at the last auction. What do the Fund members think? Yeah I know - you're all in your beds. OK Let's sleep on it. If you can live without the boxes for the rings, they would fit into the postage tube along with the print, which would make postage much easier..
