Had this problem before I was getting emails and he wasn't and vice versa but both getting the tickets. Waste of time talking to ticket office about it. I had this issue a couple of seasons back, and at that point they claimed that the emails are only a curtesy and they don't have to send them, and when I stated its nice to know that money is to be taken out of my account the lassie just said its not their problem ha ha cheers for that ?
