Prso's headband 24,240
Read a few times he wants to be his own manager, be good if he stays when Gerrard goes mitre_mouldmaster, Ayrshire Blue and gmcf like this
Popular Post OrangeRab 81
Nothing but glowing reports about him. Lovenkrands was gushing about his sessions. Comes across as an extremely intelligent and ambitious guy. Loved the bit about his study of the NFL. You can see it in the way we play. Every miniature situation is broken down into a pre planned play which the players have practised and all know what their role is. Hopefully we can keep hold of him for many years. Who knows, maybe a future Rangers manager. demise, JackAlex93, My Fathers Scarf and 2 others like this
real boydie9 5,796
If Walter was Souness best signing which he said he was, then Michael Beale is Stevie's. Massive part of our success.

Apparently he said that he would like to go back to Brazil, if and when he decides to go into management. Loved his time with Sao Paulo.

jamess 1,880
Quite clear his goal is management abroad. So I don't think he is sticking around long. Shame.

don logan 4,292
A great coach doesn't necessarily translate to a great manager. Cathro, for example. But I'd happily take a punt on Michael Beale. Callum_Doon likes this
NorthernLights 890
Some great endorsements. The fact that Gerrard as a first time manager identified him is encouraging too. And I love the quote from Gerrard too - “What I'll never do is try to do someone else's job when they are better than me at doing it” Callum_Doon likes this
