The Lad 0
Doesnt mean spartak can't score an away goal on the return leg. Spartak have died down since the goal tho.

The Lad 0
They've struck up some confidence since that goal. Lets hope they run out in the second half the way they ended this half.

mark_ni 12
The hosts are piling forward. If this was a boxing match Gordon Strachan would be looking for a towel it's so one-sided at the minute. Is there a knock-out punch to come? from the beeb. I will be very surprised if celtic manage to avoid defeat in this game.
Thermopylae 15,287
If septic have a chance of the CL it puts more pressure on us to qualify or they get a whole load of spending cash for the second season running ... c'mon Spartak put this shower of bums away! I say Septic get beat 1 - Nil (minmum) at home in 2 weeks....and they will be OOT on their ERSE!!!! we will win 1-0 away against Red Star no prob (although a draw, of any number will be enough to take it)
Canadaready 9,437
We are in fairly good shape. I would have taken the scores at the start of the week. I think that the Russians can get the win in the return leg.
Stuart_RFC 41
I agree CR, the tims are making the fatal mistake of claiming they are already through...Spartak showed last night they are a better side than them, this one could go the distance IMO

One part of me wants the co-efficient raised but the other wants to see the mhanks humiliated. Catch 22 I think they call it. Anyway we are already ranked above them for next year. http://www.xs4all.nl/~kassiesa/bert/uefa/d.../trank2008.html
