wearethepeople1 3,897
Any ideas?Does it need to be someone already on the board? Do they need to be voted in?Or can they just employ a new CEO, and if so who! Never a dull moment at Ibrox these days

Allanger 625
A hard nosed,no nonsense, business man who takes no shit. What I don't want is one of the usual suspects who have been hovering around for years looking to get a position at our great club. JM1872 3,708
The club are inviting applicants. The ideal candidate should be ruthless, not afraid to implement change, financially smart, be aware of the clubs traditions, be strong in defence of the club among many other things. Oh aye, and must be able to play Centre Midfield when required
wombatdropping 182
Hopefully someone with proven business acumen and who will stand up to the ceptic cabal running our game at the moment. Doesn't really need to have a footballing background imo.

RangersFanBase 611
I hate these people that are saying "Walter Smith"- He's a former football manager with absolutely no Business sense. He's a great man, a gentleman infact but he is not cut out to be the Chief Executive of Rangers, we are still at a time where we need someone to speak out and defend our club, it'll be like that till' we are back on top; Walter doesn't have it in him to do that in my eyes.Rangers are already looking at our candidates, and with our media exposure etc over the last while - I'm hoping we'll get a rich, business man that'll stand up for Rangers.
