Time To Start Building For The Championship?

Recommended Posts

The performance today was not what was expected or desired-we need to realise we need a total overhaul. We should have done it when we were first relegated and started a root and branch overhaul-oh wait the championship winners did that-and on a total weekly wage that is less than our 4/5 highest earners. Shambolic route back to this stage, admittedly some of that can be passed off to the people running the club during that time, however overall we should not be in the position of having to score two to force penalties.

Why the fuck would anyone just give up right now ? Absolutely baffled by that.

If we end up staying in the championship next season do we just throw in the towel if we're not top by the halfway point and start building for the next season ?

Fucking get a grip

Absolutely, this tie if far from over yet. Tough, but we certainly can do it. Huge setback tonight, but have to remain positive. Our goal very much keeps things alive..

you are absolutely baffled that fans are giving up at 3-1 down after our home tie against motherwell in the playoff final, a game where the players chucked it half an hour before the fans did

if you think this shower has the bottle to go to fir park and score 3 without reply (two if you fancy us in ET or penalties) then you are deluded

We are on the real cusp of becoming just one of the also rans of Scottish football now.

We have a retreating plan of investment that I was tens of millions and dwindles every time it is discussed.

We need to rebuild in a big way very quickly and then start to look longer term otherwise the game is up for us as any sort of true leading team in scotland

Oh well, that's that then. Game over. Might just cut the grass on Sunday instead of watching the game

well the players gave up at 1-0, whats the difference when the fans do at 3-0

Wow Jim. Wow.

What's the point of your posts tonight? Go piss and moan over a beer. Posting negative shite online about Rangers repeatedly comes across very taigy.

If they gave up after the first how is it we managed to end up with more shots at goal, corners and even grab a goal.

You're talking shite

so motherwell played as they started after the third goal went in? their job was done

the players packed up and went home before the fans did, a consolation goal means fuck all given the stakes

They didn't give up, they just had nothing else in the tank

Shiels was absolutely done after about 30 minutes tonight

That goal can be vital.

I'd stop posting for a while Jim. You're acting a right fanny.

taigy after watching that shite, once again our highly paid players have failed to show up in a must win game,

cry no surrender all you want, but when the players chuck it the fans have a right to be pissed off

do you honestly see us scoring 2 at fir park without reply, especially as we'll likely have either jig or moshni or both back in the team

Since when did your attitude towards supporting the club depend on the attitude of a few here today, gone tomorrow players? Weird.

Pissed off, but not to chuck it. Fans are supposed to be different. It's supposed to mean more to us.

On a positive note (I know there's not many), I think with the new board we are heading in the right direction and they have brought some stability to the club. I am not overly sure about McCall as manager though as I think his persistence with 4-4-2 has cost us dear tonight and on previous occasions. A blind man and his dog could see the difference in the team playing in a 3-5-2 formation.

The players gave up at 1-0?

Didn't we dominate the final 20 mins of the game, grabbed a potentially crucial goal back?

I really don't think the players gave up, more they just aren't good enough as a team.
