Surely if it has to be respected because it's a national anthem you're really saying it's because of what it means to people from that country? Because it's sung in honour of their country? If so, then surely it doesn't matter if it's 'official' or not, if it's a national ditty it should be afforded the same respect.

For example, is it bad for Star Spangled Banner to be booed when sung, but ok for America the Beautiful to be booed? So surely if GSTQ is due respect, so is FoS?
