If you’re a good communicator and have a strong commitment to the Light Blues we want to hear from you. We are looking for volunteer fans to assist the club around the stadium footprint and act as a matchday contact for supporters, pro-actively providing information and helping resolve any issues that our fans may face with accuracy and efficiency. Successful candidates will be Rangers supporters themselves so will be able to think like those that they’ll be helping. Volunteers will have an engaging personality and be genuinely excited to help supporters. They’ll be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative – they love to talk. The target is to ensure excellent service standards.
