Interestingly, he's 97 games away from pipping Ian McColl out of the top 10 most Rangers appearance's list. Had probably the most unique Rangers careers in history, in that he has played across 2 divisions and been surrounded by some of the worst players we've ever had, but I've always said that time will be kind to him. Frustrating at times but absolutely deserving of that place in the HoF.

Would be okay with Armstrong and Shankland in Jan. If they are both boyhood supporters (as rumoured), I think they give you something else that you can't always get in a foreign player in that they know just exactly what's at stake. Both have good numbers in our league and are performing at a higher level than some of our players, playing for lower ranked teams.

Always quite like the look of him. 26 though and only really starting to show it at this level.

At this stage, I'd be delighted at Lammers, Dessers and Roofe being punted with Shankland in. I'd also bring Hagi back from his loan. If Morelos was fit and ready to go, I'd offer him a contract to the end of the season. Was shite in his last season, but is a game changer when he's on it.

Feels like he's on an upward trajectory again for us. Hopefully he keeps it up and cuts out the silly mistakes.

He is definitely a £6m player. Whether we should've spent £6m of our budget on him is another conversation all together.

Shankland would be great for us. He's talismanic. Don't remember him giving up possession at all tonight. Think he'd thrive in our team.

He's still exponentially better than Dessers and I expect he'll still bag a fair few goals this season, but he looks more like a player that plays off a main striker as opposed to an out-and-out striker.

I'd send him on loan to another Premiership team. Not sure who the fuck would want him though. No chance anyone is buying him.
