Also, I would think that given Parks has aired the allegations in the national media then the SFA by their own rules must investigate and refer to UEFA, otherwise they will be see as encouraging the commission of crime and they have a duty of care to report and see that the allegations are investigated. If not, the SFA are in contempt and complicit!

Does Imran's contract of employment specify that he cannot disclose sensitive information or information which prejudices the best interests of Rangers or undermines the club's reputation? Is their a computer use / email and Internet policy which he has signed which forbids the above? Is their an Information Security Policy which he has breached? Has he breached the Companies Act and/or Market Abuse Directive, Data Protection Legislation? Can any alleged wrongdoing be attributed to Imran whether beyond all reasonable doubt or on the balance of probabilities? If their is a bonafide case against Imran and he has breached the foregoing there may be no need to pay him anything and in that case he is best terminated without severance - if? As a businessman in compliance and operates good and ethical governance, he would be dismissed without benefits in my environ and this would be both acreputationsl and cost effective measure.

Given that it's his apparent finding and disclosure, he needs to advise what he has done with the information in respect of passing same to Rangers or other competent authorities for review and investigations. I sincerely hope for his part that the information has not been gained improperly or in contravention to the Data Protection Act. However, Chris was good enough to go public and is now a public figure therefore, it does rest with him to advise what he has done with the information and his conclusions. I hope his assessment is evidentially correct otherwise he may have to reconsider his blogging and p.r. activities. However, let's not forget that Mr. Ahmad, if he is indeed responsible (for these disclosures) does have a right to rebut the allegations notwithstanding the principles of due process and fairness to all. Looks like, we are heading to yet another criminal/civil case and employment tribunal. Just hope no one has been duped or perverted the course of justice in looking for a story. Look forward to the LSE/AIM interpretation of this and other issues correlated to our falling share price and a possible breach of the Market Abuse Directive I. The whole issue in which we find ourselves all comes down to appalling and shoddy corporate governance, systems and controls and it starts in the boardroom. I have yet to see a Compliance or Legal Officer on the Board and/or hear from them. If true, if true and this can be linked to Mr. Ahmed, he will know full well that this is an abuse of his position and alarmingly against financial services' riles viz: Market Abuse Directive I. His actions and writing if true, in disclosing insider information has also negatively impacted on the share price falling. I have thought for the last two weeks the various utterances to be odd and anyone involved in markets' knows full well the price will fall. I trust the TRS has already contacted The LSE/AIM to report the market abuse. Shares could be suspended and those leaking such information can be held accountable! Is their share hedging going on and interested?

The only way to establish the facts is a formal investigation and at this stage, there is nothing to stop our Club undertaking an initial fact finding probe and involving the police. This can be achieved speedily to determine the facts and is this the reason why we have a board - corporate governance and to act in the best interests of the shareholders (me and others). This whole scenario is damaging the share price, brand and is potentially fraudulent and anti-competitive! If I feel my investments are being maliciously affected without justification then I no doubt like others will be making a formal complaint to the police. Let's monitor and wait and see what happens in the very near future but the Club and those within same have more information than us and it's the responsibility of the Board to challenge those that know and rebut the information (whether it!s prima facie evidence or not?) presented of late.
