I wouldn't play him there, he's struggles to play his "natural" position of centre midfield! Having said that, if he wasn't sythed down by Darren Dods a few seasons ago and wasn't out for about half a year I reckon he'd be the same player he was before the injury. It's almost as if he's declined because of that injury.

Aye, I'm sounding negative as fuck here aswell saying this but he's a bit too predictable aswell. Iirc, everytime he got the ball (apart from once when he stopped, turned round and passed it back the way I think?) he would just run down the line and attempt to get a cross away. If he keeps doing that their full back is going to clock on. Just needs a bit of variety in his game, would be good if he wasn't so one-footed aswell.

We'll soon find out, I do think the only chance he'll get at this moment in time would be at left wing. And surely he's going to get played at some point?

I didn't think he was too good going forward in the first half, McGowan pretty much had him matched but in the second half he was a lot better, but I still think playing him on the left is a hinderance.

Me neither mate, but he didn't really get involved much but when he did it was a poor cross, or he didn't do anything with it etc.

Playing Lee Wallace left wing would be playing him out of position aswell.

We missed him because we had to play Naismith up top with Jelavic when he's actually better on the wing. Lafferty is the far better option out of him, Healy and Beattie aswell!

He only had 10-15 minutes to do something but I wasn't impressed by Wylde at all on Saturday.

It's the same team but last season we were lucky to win it, if Inverness hadn't done us a favour we wouldn't be starting this season as Champions. The 2 years previous to that we were competing against a relatively poor Celtic team. We need to strengthen. Were you impressed by that performance at all?

I noticed that today aswell, there was a few times when we should have just had a dig and try and trouble the keeper instead of passing it about and then eventually losing it.
