Loan at Crystal Palace
Sinclair's loan spell at The Valley was terminated on 27 March in order for Sinclair to move across south London to Crystal Palace until the end of the 2007-08 season. He impressed on his debut in a 0-0 draw against Blackpool. He continued in this form against Stoke City in Palace's 1-2 win, setting up Tom Soares for the first goal and making several direct, pacey runs at the Stoke defence on the way to collecting the man of the match award. He went on to score his first Palace goal at Hull (having already score at the KC Stadium in a League Cup win for Chelsea) in a 2-1 defeat, before netting after a superb 40-yard charge through the away defence in the Eagles' 5-0 demolition of Burnley at Selhurst Park to send Palace into the play-offs.
