  1. Maybe players think they'll get offered more if a new owner takes over which would improve the club's financial situation.
  2. I'm told that housing could not be built on the Murray Park land as the appropriate planning permission is not in place - nor is it likely to be given. That would have to be checked with the council of course.
  3. Cue Chinese takeaway jokes. Bulstrode or bullshit? I'll await some official word on this.
  4. The David Bulstrode who was involved with QPR is dead: 'David Bulstrode, the flamboyant Marler chairman, died 18 months later "in the arms of his blonde mistress", as the red-top tabloids reported.' http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/sport/article-1078132-for-sale-club-with-countless-previous-owners.do
  5. Every Other Saturday, preferably the Lex McLean version.
  6. Very much in line with what has been said before. But then perhaps nothing much has changed.
  7. Well mate , to be honest I am merely repeating what I have been told by people who know about financial markets etc. However , the guy who explained this to me is also the guy who told me to sell RBS shares at 57p before they dropped to 42p , told me to buy Gulf Keystone shares at 14p before they went to 100p and told be to get into Provexis at 4p a share - ( currently trading at 8p and all going well will be hitting 60 to 70p by end of year). I bought a 200,000 pound house for cash on the back of this guys advice. Make your own mind up! So if you want to tell us all what shares to buy and when to buy them ,we could put a consortium bit in as soon as they rise in value, cheers problem solved already suggested that! Raise 10 to 20 million and get Steve "evil kneivel" cawkwell to trade on your behalf! I dont know much about share trading but I know this much that if "evil knievel" says he is going to short a share it sends alarm bells ringing. Llyods would rather write off murrays debt than have "evil kneivel" trading 20-40m llyods shares - reason being that if he does it he has a large following that will do the same. Fucker brought one of the shares I was in down from 15p to 2p just by saying he was going to get involved! If you are looking for a tip then research KDD - Kopane Diamonds - currently trading at 11p ... potential to hit 50p (they have over 2billions woth of diamonds in the ground that they are going to start mining soon) , PXS - provexis - currently at 8p potential to hit 60p and if their asprin replacement pill gets the go ahead then over a pound however some people say that PXS will be the next big thing and will be hitting 10pounds by the end of next year others say it will go belly up! Safe bet is the banks - RBS and Llyods will rise between 5 and 10 fold over the next 5 years and should be paying a dividend by 2012. Barcleys is a even safer bet but will not have the 5 to 10 fold rise in share price - they already dropped to 60p and have bounced back up to the 3 pound mark. Do your own researh and only invest what you can afford to lose! Why does this remind me of 'Hustle'?
  8. Disappointing result. Interesting to see Hemmings is knocking in quite a few goals.
  9. The failed bid for Quaresma is indeed in the Daily Rectum. Beleive it if you like.
  10. Don't fancy his bird much. Don't think he'll be coming to Ibrox either I'm afraid.
  11. Not sure if it's been mentioned already but a Swedish site is linking this guy to the yahoos.
  12. A load of hysterical tabloid drivel. We don't even know if the original story about them knocking back contracts is true. There was not a single quote in it - not even from an unnamed "source". And even if it was true there's plenty of time for more talks.
  13. He's 20. He showed a few decent signs today but still has a lot to prove. He surely cannot be preferred to Lafferty at the moment even if Lafferty is the current whipping boy.
  14. Two wonderful goals for Racing by 18-year-old Sergio Canales. I don't like to say "the new Torres" but....
  15. Clear foul by Fortune who knocks McGregor's arm out of the way:
  16. McGeady missed a few himself. He summed them up yesterday: a lot of possession but little end-product. For ourselves it was hardly a great performance but we did enough to get a point and keep ourselves in a good position. Hopefully we can get our previous form back when the league resumes.
  17. I think there's a simple way of looking at this. The fans are the ones who are biased, not the media. (It's natural for fans to be biased of course. You obviously favour your own team.)
  18. Ideal guy would be Vidic. Excellent defender and a right bastard as well. Not sure we can afford him though.
  19. Sadly Miller was foolish. He aimed a blow at Dods with his left hand which can be seen in the video posted above. As for a speedy appeal it worked for us last season with Boogie against Aberdeen but unfortunately not this time.
  20. I thought he played OK. Not as well as several of our other players but we need to back him.
  21. Miller threw a punch at Dods. But I'm hoping we can use the appeal and the holidays so he can play at Parkhead.
