  1. I remember Mendieta being applauded for what ranks as one of the most complete midfield performances i've seen from an opposition player at Ibrox. On a slightly different note I remember Gordon Dalziel and another 6 or 7 Raith Rovers players sitting in the Broomloan watching us before they played tge Coca Cola Cup Final and they got a right good reception lol
  2. What a great interview. What a great man. Great teams. I'll consider our true journey to be complete only when we have men of his calibre central to things once again Sandy Jardine. Legend for all time
  3. Chairman said he built in a review period at end of season so the ccontract aain't worth shit
  4. Cracking bus. Been going on that bus for 20+ yrs until last season. Great guys to have grew up with one and all
  5. Rest in Peace Jak Be in no doubt wee man that your fellow bears will fight to bring a Rangers back that would have made note of someone like you passing. A club that represents what you clearly felt in your heart. When u keep goal for our absent friends up there? Throw it to Cooper mate. He'll do the rest. Forever Young Jak.
  6. Not there today for health reasons but I urge every bear tonight if you see one of the Sittard lads? Buy em a pint and a good malt. All here for a Rangers Captain who graced both shirts. God love you Fernando. A true bear of a man.
  7. Irrespective of your views on Ashley there is no doubt he has the Tim Collective making brown squelchy puddles. They can't support Dingwall, Chris Graham and Craig Houston enough in an effort to get there guy in. The prospect of a man who runs a tight ship and won't give them a single story to run has them terrified. In 18 months I truly believe we'll be completely turned around and all the 'fan spokesmen' will be reduced to the Insignificant Internet bloggers they were. We all like a wee post or ten but only some have decided to elevate themselves in their own heads and unwittingly (or knowingly in some cases) become Tim lapdogs
  8. He's defo jumping ship. He's used the inbreds to get into SFA etc so he can get on the Uefa gravy train. Those fools think he loves their pishy club. slywell only loves a, pay cheque. Back page of the Sun from what I seen on the billboard is all about his pay packet. Timothy will be foaming at the mouth by lunchtime with rage lol
  9. Well i hope we pump Georgia. Not a Tartan Army lover by any stretch but it's my country and i'll be sitting shouting at the telly for sure. I hate the wee fud we signed from Kilmarnock as much as anyone but i don't let a player or some arseholes in a suit or cringeworthy hats stop me from wishing my country well. £45 a ticket tho? Jesus. 2-1 Scotland.
  10. Nothing in our overall form suggests this. At the moment they are ripping up this league. When they dip they have Levein to offer advice which is something we lack regardless of ur opinion on Levein or otherwise We are relying on injuries and suspensions because, on form so far, they have been the better side. Harsh maybe but true.
  11. Septic's own fans were in revolt last year because they vetoed a motion at the AGM to guarantee all employees the working wage which is over and above the minimum wage. Was quite a fuss at the time and still is in it's own way. In short the OP is pointing out the obvious at best altho why anyone thinks Premier League club means Scotland is ludicrous for anyone 18+ Not defending the mutants but onlookers must see posts like this and think the non-apartheid educational system has broken down irretrievably Try to take a breath before starting an actual topic eh?
  12. As happy as I am that the monobrows have went for an even cheaper nobody thus signalling another round of downsizing I think we need to stop perpetrating this 'they fear us coming back' nonsense. We all have friends from the Dark Side and i've yet to meet one who takes us seriously due to our manager. If we had a change then i think the brown stuff wld be running down their legs but, as it stands, they kniw we have no real manager or coaches so most guys with a bit of managerial nous will better him if they have at least the same resources. The quicker we see that to be the truth as opposed to Timmy rantings then the quicker we'll put the rancid delusional fuds to the blue sword.
  13. Very sad news. A respected poster who's love for our great club was never in doubt. Thought's with Derek's family and friends at this time. Sleep tight Sir.
  14. Gonna stop talking like a fan or the UoF will be after you mate How dare you ask for on field focus when there are folk robbing us of 500 gazillion quid. Seriously tho. Agree with ur post 100%
  15. Having just dfinished I bra's book if all that report card and being treated as a number is true then United are in even more trouble. LVG strips away player and club identities and imposes his own fixed values. I can't see that sitting well with quite a large number of folk. It's a myth that he's a big winner. He was in stages but very debatable now. I think he's gonna cause uproar and alienate the English players.
  16. Absolutely gutted I'll head over tomorrow and lay a wee tribute to Sandy at the gates he lived, loved and fought for. Sleep tight Sandy. I'm sure Mr Wallace and The Coop were waiting for you. The word legend is thrown about but on this occasion it means what it says. Rest In Peace our dear Ranger.
  17. The school went for 600k so there shiteheap will go for approx £1.1m in relative terms. The Lithuanians will take the deal. The old Fruit Market has been on market for yonks and is superior in every way but hasn't been bought. That won't have escaped their notice. Hearts will survive but they will be a footballing paraplegic for some considerable time.
  18. We started with 3 full backs and a winger in Centre Mid Had 'scrappy' stamped all over it. We will win but if ever a lineup screamed 'we need a change' this is it.
  19. About time a real and truly representative fan group stood up to the Union of Spivs Fantastic statement. The panic over in Houston n Dingwall towers will be at nuclear levels. Hell mend em.
  20. I think we'd see an up and coming assistant manager /coach take over. Not necessarily a household name but someone who has his ideas and needs a canvas to implement them on. Outwith that type I'd throw Dan Petrescu's name in. Has done well with every side he's been at and starting to look the business. Alternatively go for someone like Luis Enrique. Talented but struggling to get back in after a difficult time at Rome. Not wholly unrealistic.
  21. Liewell actually has a wee problem The ECA position is Rangers (as we all know) have an unbroken history. If Liewell keeps up his wee digs at us he'll bring his own position at the ECA into dispute. Imho he doesn't give a toss about the mutants. He wants on the Uefa gravy train then he'll cut the monobrows loose
  22. I wouldn't want it at Ibrox The plastic paddies from Scotland will attach themselves to the Eire support and wld wreck Ibrox knowing full well, that unlike normal, their rhat infested club wouldn't be footing the bill.
  23. Very good post but it makes no difference to these so-called fans. I honestly think some of them would actually like to see us on our knees just so they can say 'i told you so' If we can't be theirs then they don't want anyone having us. Frankly there are 'bears' out there who no longer merit title tbh It's bordering on disgusting now with some of em.
  24. This is not nonsense at all. Scotland will not automatically be an EU member so our workforce WILL be classed as non-EU nationals. Not an issue in any other area but a huge issue in football. Clubs like Dundee Utd wld be fooked. They wouldn't have been able to sell Johnny. Russell OR. Goodwillie since neither of those players had enough International Caps to meet the work permit requirements. No wonder the Yes campaign have kept this quiet because football fans will vote with their hearts. It's a fatal blow to them.
