  1. It all comes down to how much significance Walter places on the Striker. 8 mil would be within the budget, but doesnt leave to much for others. And with a couple of midfielders and defenders needed then im not so sure if we will part with it.
  2. The only thing i actually remeber Roy Carroll for is when Man U were playing spurs, leading, with 2 mins to go, defoe tries to lob him from the halfway line and Carroll throws the ball over his shoulder, over the line, but the linesman missed it
  3. Well that was....... Poor... I cannot believe we didnt see Burke or Naismith on. We were'nt desperatly needing a goal so i didnt expect to see Boyd. But the players were tired, it was obvious! It had better change for the next leg. Im not too disappointed that Weir misses the next game, He really needs a break, and Daily is capable.
  4. Davis has been pretty poor. So has Hemdani actually. Been impressed with Ferie, Thomson and McCulloch. Darche been solid aswell Really need to up it this half, Mon the Gers!
  5. To have 2 sitting midfielders But drop Thomson? He's fit and should be one of the 1st names on the team sheet. I don't disagree. No one else will close down like KT Unless Dailly moves to RB(hopefully) Hemdani and Thomson in the middle? ____Hemdani____Thomson____ Davis_____Ferguson_____L.McC __________Darchy___________ Thats the only situation where i'd have Hemdani in. He's been poor that last couple of times he's played, and neither Thomson or Daily have any reason to be dropped, both been brilliant. It could be because of the ref, both Daily and Thomson are players who go into challanges hard, and with Thomson being on a suspension, he may decided to bring in Hemdani for him. I dont see Daily playing at right back though, im really not a fan of Broadfoot, but Walter seems to be.
  6. I read that Walter was changing his tactics too... Kinda makes you think. I still doubt we'll see Boyd, he wont change it that much, but we may still see a 4-4-2 Not sure who the striker up with Darche would be though..
  7. Hibs aren't expected to win every week, Rangers are. Thats the difference. Yes most of them didn't come through our system but look at the pelters we give/gave younger guys like Adam, Naismith, Whittaker, Broadfoot even Hutton before his remarkable change in fortunes. The simple truth of the matter is that we as a fan base are very harsh and I doubt that we would be willing to accept the inconsistancy that youth brings and generally speaking we are going to rely on other teams to bring through players before we sign them. We will always get one or two coming through, but I doubt that we will be pushing the number of youngsters that teams like Hibs do. Spot on Rangers cant afford to give younger players a run in the team, because they will be inconsistent, they will make mistakes and the fans are harsh, as they have a right to be.
  8. Ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha... I found that quite funny
  9. Celtic will get the money. Celtic always seem to get good money for their players
  10. I think Lambert, although he said in the paper that he wants to finish what he started at WW I really doubt they'd get moyes, he supposidly said that he'd like to take charge of rangers or celtic one day, but its going far too well at everton.
  11. I dont think that was an ordinary fag He looked so stoned, it was wierd Then in his interveiw he sound all "wheeeeey"
  12. He truely is magnificent. Really outstanding. He does actually have EVERYTHING, and he doesnt dive near as much as he used to.
  13. Us winning doesnt excuse the referee. He was absolutly terrible today, got far too much wrong. There's not tanding for dissent, then there is utter rediculous. The Thomson booking was laughable. And Naismith getting booked for his first tackle. I mean, it wasnt a good tackle but it was a warning at best, making it worse that Brown only got booked in the 80th min after countless kicking out. But despite this we still won so fuck em
  14. That was the most bias commentery i've ever heard actually. Terrible.
  15. They were actually quite exceptional
  16. Yeah against hearts, it was on RTV just there And i have to hold my hands up, both Buffel and Gow done fantastic for the goal But the main point, Smtih really looked solid
  17. Looks very good. Coped with everything and proved a threat going forward, really looking forward to his return to the first team Buffels been average, Gow has been average, Adam was average, Furman's looking pretty good
  18. Thats nearly one in three! unbelievable! But to be fair to him, he was unlucky, he probably only meritted one or two of those
  19. Not a single celtic fan i've spoken to even mentions Cuellar's ability, they just call him ugly and move on
