I really am a fan of Boyd, and today, those who said he lacks goals in big games, Get it right up ya's I do agree he's poor at holding the ball up etc, but as someone in the studio or commentator or whoever said, when that balls in the box he becomes electric. And his first goal today has McCoist written all over it

It was a clear penalty, from the angle i seen it on the tv But they showed it more from Kenny's veiw and to be honest, i can see clearly why it wasnt given.

Eck was far to inexperienced to be Scotland manager, and too young in my opinion. A national job, for me, is for someone who is done with day to day managing. He has so much more to accomplish before giving it up. I do agree that i dont think he wanted it, he definetly wanted to stay in club managment, but his country came first and the fact that he took the job is very admirable. There is so little to do as a national manager in comparison with a club manager, your only really in action a couple of months a year. As far as the Hero Villain thing goes, neither. He done a good job, then that slowly collapsed, but he still won plenty of silverware. Both Hero and Villain are too extreme, saying that he's certainly closer to the hero end of the spectrum

Both are just one booking away from 3 match bans, putting them out of the Old firm game. Both have a fiery attitude and neither are likey to be dropped for their next game cause they cant afford to drop points.

I dont understand why people want Buffel in the first team. I never rated him when he was there and i dont rate him in the reserves, he really is pretty poor and i for one am glad he doesnt even make the bench

Novo will torment their center backs. Pacey, skillful but most of all detemined He wont give them any time and thats just what we need in a game like this. To be fair i'd prefer Darch, as he does have the strengh but like muff said if he's even a slight doubt dont risk it, we're in 4 competitions and cant risk another bad injury to him. Although, if he's on the bench and we need a goal by all means get him on the park! If we did need a goal though i'd trust Boyd to get it, if he has a partner. He's not a lone striker, its not gonna happen, but if we need a goal and he comes on with darch, novo or even naismith he'll do the job.
