We have about 8 players out injured who would usually be vying for the 1st team don't forget. There's not much he can do re player selection at the moment. He does seem to have lost the dressing room though.. the players out there just don't seem to be trying. Honestly don't know how or why

If we went into next season with something along the lines of a 1st team consisting McLaughlin, Tav, New CB, Helander, Bassey, Lundstram, Jack, New AM, Kent, Morelos, New Forward. Then had backup squad of McRorie, Souttar, Balogun, Barisic, Sands, Arfield, Aribo, Kamara, Roofe, Wright, Sakala and Hagi, Lowry plus youth players etc. If we spent 5-6m each on quality for the new positions I mentioned that should be good enough imo. All comes down to recruitment though.. Or maybe I'm just desperately trying to find something to be optimistic about as a way out of the misery I'm feeling the now

Don't think we need a massive rebuild tbh as we have the core of a good squad. What we do need is 4 quality players to come straight into the first team. Hopefully spend a bit of money to make that happen. New contract for Morelos also v important.

Unfortunately I think Wright, Goldson and Bassey all need to share the responsibility for their goal. They all lost concentration at the wrong time it seemed. What's haunting me is Kents miss. I keep reliving it over and over in my mind just imagining it going in. It's killing me

Absolutely fucking gutted this morning, no getting round that. My memory of the game is already a little hazy but I actually thought we were much the better team in ET and should have won it. I see Gio getting some criticism for bringing Sands on but don't forget we were playing a team who were masters of the counter attack. We didnt concede and still created chances after he came on so not a terrible sub for me. Roofe clearly wasn't fit enough to play more than a bit part so couldn't have come on earlier. Ifs buts and maybes now but I genuinely think with a fit Morelos we win that.

This is what worries me. I land into Glasgow at 4 and want to get straight into a pub then but have a feeling the main contenders will be jammed already. Don't suppose anyone can recommend a few plan b places which will have the game and a few other bears in?
