I signed up for FF once and got banned before I'd made my first post.

The posts on ff are chopped mate, and on most occasions, the poster banned.

Most lies are damaging because of the intention behind them. In CH's case he lied in an attempt to evade a reasonable question about why he hadn't taken an alternative course of action to the one which saw him "grassing" on fellow Rangers fans i.e. why hadn't he simply reported what he considered to be the offensive posts to RM admin/mods even by proxy. His posturing on the issue together with those lies are what caused the offence on here regarding that particular issue. Many other posters throughout this thread have offered other reasons for their dislike/disapproval/disappointment of him e.g. the boycott, harassment of fellow fans, his history, self-serving statements, etc. Some posters have been supportive of CH, and have been willing to debate the issues surrounding him. Yet others have openly stated their hostility stems from personal issues they've had with him. The cumulative effect on this forum has been, as anyone can see, that the majority of opinion is disapproval. However, that opinion has been reached individually as well as collectively, not because we are sheep, but because here on RM debate and discussion is welcomed whereas censorship is not tolerated or administered. I feel we can be congratulated for that, and if it sets us apart from other forums then good because I'm confident we've reached our position the correct way.

Yeah, Craig Houston was lying about this.
He said his IP was blocked by RM - that's a lie, it never has been.
He claimed he couldn't sign up because RM wouldn't accept his email address - that's a lie.
I offered (via @North Rd) to personally make sure he received a log in - he turned down that offer.

Why would you keep going back? What was the point?

I'd be happy if there were more like you ,my point is that you're  in a tiny minority on RM .

and what makes you say that exactly? because I don't like King or Houston? - are they two Rangers FC to you? 
You're interesting because for the last couple of pages your gradually trying to get banned, that's what you want because you can then go back to FollowFollow and say "I've been banned from that shitehole RangersMedia guys" and refuse to tell them about calling people tarriers and lunatics first and not being able to debate properly.

I'm still of the opinion CG was planted into our support by King in late 2011.

But as i said earlier in the thread, i am pretty new to the online community compared to some, only really took an interest with all the shit surrounding us back then.
Before that i just went to games etc.
So it's not inconceivable that he was the same.
The major difference being that i am just a daft voice on a forum that nobody pays attention to (me, not the forum) and he ended up on TV and the board of our club.
So i probably agree he was a plant.
There you go, 2 ways of looking at it, but we all toe a line on here eh?

Welcome to the site,  you might find a lot on here that will disagree with your views, but I am happy you have decided to share them. 

I kinda understand what you're saying, there is, shall we say, some 'quite vocal' posters who have strong opinions on those you mentioned above.
But it's about Rangers, something we love, so people are going to have strong opinions on it.
Equally, if people have the opposite opinions from those posters, and judging  by FF there is plenty, then stay debate, argue, air those views, whatever.
I do it all the time when I feel it's merited, whether Houston, King, Graham or whatever. Others like Real Ranger or Buster to name a couple do as well.
Sometimes it does get monotonous, round and round the mulberry bush I think I called it the other day in an 'exchange' about King. I appreciate it's not for everyone, but it's a Forum, different views.
I'd much rather people who do support Houston, King or Graham post their views, challenge things they don't agree with, than going back to FF or whatever saying 'it's them cunts on RM again'

Sorry but a party line and a consensus of opinions are not the same thing.  A party line is something that must be followed, We have never banned someone for being supportive of CH ( or not toeing this imagined party line).  Quite the opposite, they are allowed to post, but they will be debated with and called out on any lies they post,  from members on here who all have their OWN opinions.
 

No he's never been on here , we blocked his ip , someone covered his laptop in silver foil so he couldn't post , but he could tell you everything that was said on here.

Sadly for him the twitterati called on his draw Mohammed tweet, that  came back to bite him in the archie. Felt he got a bit of raw deal with that tbh, as he did stand up to Speirs and called him out so well on STV that Spiers couldn't string an answer together on live TV. 

Haven't read this thread, just a couple of the last pages, then had a quick look of FF.
Lots on FF saying 'just had a look on RM and add expletive here' etc.
My question to those people is this, instead of running back to FF and calling people on here cunts etc, why not challenge those views you don't agree with on here, whether it's about Houston or whatever?
Anyone that reads here even off and on will know my views on quite a few things are different from many. I've both stuck up for and criticised Houston on here when I thought it was merited. But see thing is, on here that's ok, that's fine, I don't get banned for that. I get challenged, I challenge others, it can get heated, it can get funny, but it's all allowed within reason, which is healthy.
So instead of running away shouting, calling people cunts, stay and debate, argue, give your views, whatever!

I like the part u go and see rangers and are in the crowd supporting Rangers, I fkn hate u standing with banners with ur poxy fan groups logos that are bigger than the messsge on them.
Stick to supporting ur club and if ur amazing at car sales then that would outshine any abuse u would get!
