Im desperate for Ally to suceed more so than any manager we've had, but the tactics he plays and the personel he uses lead me to believe he's either too stubborn or hasnt a scooby, and its been that way for alot of games this season. Still hoping he can turn this around. Maybe he does need an experienced no 2 to help him out now.
