  1. No, we released him and he went on trial with them, Kilmarnock and someone else. He was on a youth contract with us, yet they offered him a two-year professional deal. Aidan Gibb was his name.
  2. Ultras. Kids in Stone Island jackets, Burberry shirts and Adidas Gazelle trainers.
  3. On a similar topic, what are people's thoughts on that young boy who they signed from us during the summer? I can't remember his name, but he had been with us since he was a wee boy - in the same side as Billy Gilmour - and we released him during the summer. Subsequently, celtic signed him on a two-years professional deal. From what I understand, he was a big bluenose.
  4. Wasn't Griffiths punished for a similar gesture towards our end at Easter Road when he was with Hibs? Yet, as you've said, Lennon wasn't punished for his gestures at Ibrox. On Friday night, that boy should have been sent-off for the tackle on Jack and let's be honest, if Morelos was caught, he would have been sent-off for kicking their defender off the ball. Consistently inconsistent, is our refereeing system.
  5. I'm not surprised he did that on live TV, the guy is brain dead. I'm equally not surprised there hasn't been retrospective punishment as the powers that be in this country are incompetent.
  6. Partick will be buzzing for tomorrow night. We controlled the first-half and barely touched them, then they came at us and we collapsed. Had they finished the game with eleven men, they'd probably have won. They'll be looking at tomorrow, thinking "these cunts are under pressure and don't have the bottle to cope". A Partick win would not surprise me. Then, the board will do fuck all. Then, the tarriers will demolish us on Saturday. Then, the board will do fuck all, again. After each match, Pedro will give the cameraman a smug wink.
  7. Why is Miller still heavily involved in our first team? Honest to fuck. I like him; he's been an excellent servant to our fine club, playing a major role in some great times and I hold nothing against him because he's not going to knock-back being picked. But he's 37 years-old, for fuck's sake. We need to move on. Warburton failed to address our reliance on Miller and Caixinha has done the exact same thing.
  8. Fast-forward nine months and Dorrans will be the new Andy Halliday. In this day-and-age, professional footballers who are Rangers supporters are better of remaining just supporters.
  9. I thought he meant Saturday. Tomorrow, it'll be Alves.
  10. Accidental, they're claiming. As controversial as they are, I'd like to believe that no-one within Paddy Power would post that intentionally.
  11. More harm than good? If, as is very likely, were on the end of another humiliation on Saturday, I might just self harm. I suggest we bin this dud and I believe I more than justified it with the bullet points in the post you quoted. Actually, I'd leave him in charge until Saturday against them when, probably off the back of another horror show against Partick, he'll no doubt lead us to another embarrassment against celtic. We will achieve nothing under this man. We will not win the league this season. Get someone else in; allow them a few months with the squad, positioning themselves for the January transfer window.
  12. McLeish, McInnes or Michael O'Neill. Desperate times call for desperate measures and after the puddle drinkers pump us again on Saturday, those times will well and truly have fallen upon us... again. I'm in my mid-thirties and I find myself lying awake at night, thinking "I hope I see Rangers winning the league before I die".
  13. As I said in the Pedro Caixinha topic... @Gaffbear, you're misunderstanding people's frustration for "meltdowns".
  14. We're turning into Tony Mowbray's celtic.
  15. I'd start Herrera. Why? Fuck knows. Do I rate him? Do I fuck. Windass & Declan John (If possible, taking Wallace's injury into account) should be nowhere near the starting line-up after Friday night's showing. I'd also give Pena a start. He shouldn't start in the Old Firm game, so give him a run-out on Tuesday. Let us see just how much shite can be bought for £2M+.
  16. Shut up, you over-reacting mess. It was a joke; a joke that you appear to have taken offence to. Fanny.
  17. He did? Did he say that? He shouldn't have been allowed in-front of a camera or a mic after that performance.
  18. What was the last Old Firm game he played in? Murty's draw at Parkhead? One could be inclined to believe that he's swerving these fixtures and no fucking wonder.
  19. He was fucking awful. How can anyone have watched that game and thought he looked decent? Incredible assessment. He looked like a rabbit caught in headlights; running straight into tackles, misplacing passes, showing a horrendous touch, etc. And this was against Partick; how is he going to cope under the pressure of an Old Firm game? I hope I'm wrong, but if he starts, they'll have a field day with him.
  20. Unless there's a monumental improvement, quadruple anything we've ever seen under Caixinha, then they'll batter us, again. I don't know if I can handle another Old Firm defeat, never mind another humiliation. Miller will start, 100%. Deep down, we all know that.
