So far, he's not shining like we hoped he would, I don't think he made any real blunders last night, the game was lost because of the sending offs. I find myself saying this after every game, but he needs to stop playing players out of position, assert his authority, and most importantly, get a new RB.

We were doing absolutely fine until Whittaker got sent off, and even after that Ally changed the team about and we settled again and took the lead. Then Bougherra got sent off and everything went to shit. We can criticize him for not having a plan B (or even C since we had to deal with 2 sending offs), I dunno if people realise but having 2 players sent off is pretty unusual and deeply traumatic to the game plan of a manager, especially one who's just starting out on his own. I just hope he learns from this, he needs help from the board though in regards to strengthening the team. He himself needs to stop playing people out of position, and get out of the fuckin' stand.

I want Whittaker away from here just as much as the next guy but not until we have someone who's a capable RB. Why did we spend all that money on Wallace at LB when it was adequately covered by Papac when at RB we've got a player who can't take a throw-in without committing a foul and a defender who can't defend, who's on 20k a week, who's cost us 3 games out of 4 already and we're only at the beginning of fuckin' August!
