Fair enough if so. I'd chase him out the door and give Hardie his slot but as we're paying his wages it's up to Pedro to do as he sees fit with all players.

Pedro’s signed the majority of those that start every week now, and even guys like Windass have been given an chance to prove themselves. 
If anything, it’s guys like Miller and Wallace (and maybe even Krancjar) who don’t contribute enough that would be phased out. 
I don’t believe that there’s any real dressroom split or mutiny against Pedro. I think he has the backing of most that he wants near his first 11.

Pedro has not said anything negative about Miller. 
It's almost as if Miller's agent attacking the club and Pedro, and Wallace saying next to nothing, is being manipulated into an anti Pedro agenda.....
 

Wallace is sitting on the fence regards the specific situation. He stipulates as much.
He goes on to say Miller is a friend, professional, and he was happy he stayed. The club and Pedro haven't said otherwise about Miller anything near unprofessional.
Wallace's done so in a manner he's been diplomatic whilst not taking sides in the situation. He's certainly not slated Pedro or the club, or id say taken Miller's side in this argument.
Don't see his this affects things in the slightest tbh.

As an employee he, and his agent, should have a confidential closed door meeting with Pedro, not attack the club and manager on social media for social media issues.
He has overstepped his mark as  a player (via his agent) and undermined the manager.

Your source, also an employee, is revealing internal workings. You are posting them on social media. How do you think his conduct would be viewed by the club and specifically the manager he's undermined and the players he's named? Would and should his feet touch the ground on his way out the door?
Now like most I'm interested as I'm as nosey as the next person for gossip. And if he was identified and disciplined id want to know the detail but wouldn't expect to as its internal.

It's an internal matter, yeah a serious one, but one that Pedro says wont happen again and as such we can assume it will be or has been addressed.
For you to be unhappy with this internal action smacks of an absolute neediness for gossip. And hypocrisy.

Key difference is that one is real, and one is made up as a convenient way of bashing Pedro, with no substance behind it whatsoever.

As is talking about morale, the manager's way of doing things, players understanding formations, manager being sacked and suchlike.

There's minimal differences between your insider and the leak. Yet you insist Pedro and the club should out theirs and you refuse to do the same.

It's a balancing act, though - you put your arm round a player when the times right and you get tore into him when it's needed too. Your ridiculous ethos about being supportive and never criticising no matter what is 100 times worse. It honestly is. Modern day players would walk all over a manager like that - imagine the likes of Tav and Windass with a manager like that. 

And he has stated that it wont be happening again, ie it's been addressed somehow internally.
So yes serious for him as a manager. No not something where he should be naming that person in public. For us and the press it's nosiness and interest but it's an internal issue and should remain there unless we want to encourage litigation and employment disputes.
If nothing else I hope this shows we've learned from the Barton and Warburton disputes.

We're not going to allow a manager to spend that amount of money in one window and not give him a full season to get the players to play to his methods and system. We spent £2.2m on Pena alone and it's looking like there might be a player in there after all. I reckon we're three players from having a great starting eleven.
