  1. Copland, for atmosphere. Best view i had though was Govan Front, right on halfway line. Pish atmosphere though so moved. My longest spell was about 16 years in the Govan Rear, again, brilliant view but needed a change as had been in it since I was about 5. Cannae see me moving or wanting to move from Copland though.
  2. Nice to see a bit of rationalism restored. Class post, Sir.
  3. The last we heard there was a mobile phone video that showed the lassie was a willing participant. I personally dont think it will go much further but as already mentioned, mud sticks.
  4. It has to be Boyd and Miller. Has to be. This mhobs defence is not going to know what has it it...Playing cautious will be complete stupidity.
  5. Only a sad, desperate, penniless auld jake would run to the papers to make money off this sort of thing. Never mind his wife, it's McGarvey himself thats the whore now.
  6. Its supposed to get easier as you get older, but the usual sense of the upcoming big occassion kicked in yesterday and is just gonnae get worse from here. By Saturday Ill be pacing up and down like a Duracell bunny with epilepsy.
  7. Nae routine as such for me, I dont know any pubs that Ill get a beer in before 12.30 on a Sunday so Ill have a few beers in the house before heading down. As the username suggests, Im sitting in CR1.
  8. Typical pikey. Always on the fiddle!
  9. This is gonnae be some laugh on Sunday A lamb to the slaughter if ever Ive saw one...
  10. Theres a difference between a role model and getting the shit kicked out you in the city centre. Yes he has been foolish at times but in terms of what happened this weekend, the full story hasnt surfaced.
  11. Taken from an article on newsnow. We aint your friends, we are your worst nightmare! Let's get Ibrox jumping. Lets get them walking out to a fucking wall of noise to make wee cunts like this shite themselves. He has absolutely no clue what sort of atmosphere to expect if he thinks he can block it out. Bigger and better than him have commented on the atmosphere we can create over the years.
  12. Ill be honest and say I never thought he was good enough when he was her. I was never comfortable with the abuse he got though...Some of it was horrific. In my old seat there was a guy that without fail, had started on him within 30 seconds of every match. Just shows you what being played in the right position in front of a support that are 100% behind you can do for a player.
  13. The fact that this is more or less Sellicks last throw of the dice in terms of keeping the league open should be enough for us to crank it up even more than normal. We will effectively kill their title bid by beating them...This is the clestest we have to a league decider since they fucked everything up by lobbing coins at the ref, invading the pitch and attempting to fly from the upper tier of The Piggery.
  14. Agreed Please, nothing like the last game. That was awful. That was maybe more of a necessity though, such was the state the squad was in.
  15. Aye, We are all kinda presuming he is going to revert to 4-5-1. The curveball could be that he just goes for it.
  16. That's what makes me think Fleck might be it, we just don't have the squad depth we did when we could lump in Cousin for the game. Just need to wait and see. We'll do them, but it'll be a lot closer than most of us would like imo. I think so as well...Its definitely not gonnae be pretty. Nah, we can do it, if we can keep Keane, Kamara and Fortune quiet. Big ask for the defence though. Fuckin right we will win, Im just not expecting us to give them a tanking as a lot of folk are predicting. There will be a few nervy moments for us to soak up.
  17. Cannae see that one, I think Weir would need to have a leg amputated before Walter would drop him
  18. That's what makes me think Fleck might be it, we just don't have the squad depth we did when we could lump in Cousin for the game. Just need to wait and see. We'll do them, but it'll be a lot closer than most of us would like imo. I think so as well...Its definitely not gonnae be pretty.
  19. What was his last one at Ibrox, Andy Little? I dont know if we have too much depth at the moment to fling a massive surprise. Can deffo see Fleck being in there though.
  20. That was tried once before, but it's quite easy to lose track of a thread. Limiting to 3 levels (or maybe 2) lets you keep track a little easier, while removing the horrible multi-quoting. Ah right, I never realized it was already trialled. 3 would be enough then!
  21. Well used to it now, think the changes are deffo an improvement. In terms of quotes though, Id actually limit them to quoting the person you are replying to only, its a pain in the arse when three/four people in a row quote the same person and your trawling past the same quotes you have read about five times already. Apart from that though, the new layout is excellent.
  22. It doesnt say that though so can therfore be portrayed as racist. It is also offensive to people who are immigrants. What is wrong with Immigrants? My mothers family are immigrants and would be rathered offended by that to say the least. What about all the Gers fans in the US or Canada who are immigrants in their countries. The language on the picture is too open to interpretation. Would it be acceptable for Canadian's to write that about Scottish immigrants? No i dont think so. Indeed, But there isnt a century-long rivarly between Canadians and Scotsmen. If you scratch the surface of it then fair enough you might be able to create a situation that isnt actually there, but on this occassion its a daft T Shirt to have a bit of a laugh at Celtic fans. For the record, I dont plan on buying one, I dont actually wear any football related stuff but to me, its humorous.
  23. I dont think its remotely racist. Its a cheeky dig at a group of people who, despite not having a drop of Irish blood between them, are desperate to be seen as "Immigrants". Ive saw a lot worse between Edinburgh and Manchester clubs for a start, but hey, as soon as its Rangers/Celtic we are all in overdrive about what people will think. It may be funny/unfunny/whatever, but its not racist.
  24. I dont really see what good a dig at a group of supporters would do at this sort of event. Ive obviously posted several times I have no time for or faith in the RST but I think this was a bit pointless. Ive only read the quote on here right enough so Im not sure what the context or reaction was at the time.
