It's the season ticket commitment in relation to our monthly expenditure that's the problem. We are operating at a loss, hence the reason we have to cut costs. I appreciate we will generate more income once in the SPFL Premiership.
Shouldn't the board have known how much we could spend on players given our current earnings? Sounds like a finger in the air guess may have been more accurate.

Whether you agree or not, the TRS tries very hard to provide balanced comment on the events at Rangers (and elsewhere). As one of the authors of the new book, I can honestly say that every one of the TRS contributors has worked hard to give a comprehensive, unbiased account of the last 16 months, but people should understand that each contributor has his/her own perspective on the many issues that have arisen.Some have criticised TRS for it's alleged opposition to Green - that's simply not true. I for one have published many articles on RM and TRS which have been overtly supportive of Charles Green. His contribution to the club has been immense. Like RM, TRS is a 'broad church' with many differing views, but it strives at all times to support Rangers and provide thoughtful and balanced opinions - but they are personal opinions nevertheless.I can CONFIRM that all of the proceeds from the book will go to charity. We were all canvassed on that very point, and each of us was happy to donate the income from the book to charity. I'm not sure which charity (or charities) will benefit, although I'm aware that thought is being given to the Rangers nominated charities.Buy the book; read it with an open mind and enjoy it. No, you won't agree with all that is written, but I suspect you'll conclude that it is a significant contribution to the Rangers story.

I really enjoyed that today,some good goals and gotb to say the atmosphere that the UB/BO made was brilliant.Sitting close to them you can really see and hear their banter.Well done lads,loved the one when you split down the middle giving it the shaky hand,then went mad after it.This was a fun game to be at and i got my coupon up.So all in all a good day out.

I agree with that,and anyone that doesnt is not a SUPPORTER,yes a supporter is meant to SUPPORT,fck ive been through the times when Dundee United were a better side than Rangers,just deal with it and SUPPORT the team in our hour of need,if not fck off....

The way the country is going nacho... it's quite a believable thing that sectarian chanters WILL be banned if not jailed... these catholics are well in powers here in our wee country and even though as a population they muster only 16% of said population.... they have a hell of a LOT in positions of power ... so I for one would NOT rule this out.
What's really NEEDED is for ALL real protestants to stand-up and be counted....do not let the catholic sway the powers that be so to speak.

The one thing that strikes me EVERY time this argument appears is that the Pro-FTP guys always seem to think that feeling it is unacceptable at Ibrox means it is unacceptable anywhere. By all means sing to your hearts contents in your pubs, clubs, buses, houses or whatever but please, please, PLEASE don't sing stuff of this nature where it can affect our club. The majority of football fans in this country want us dead and buried. Why give them any ammunition whatsoever?
