I've long been a follower of one of the main stats guys behind the two clubs, Ted knutson. Used to maintain statsbomb.com and post alot of free stats work on both the site and his twitter feed. Now that people are paying him alot of money for this information he is no longer active on either, but statsbomb is still maintained by alot of other contributers and I would recommend checking it out if you are interested in this sort of thing

Fm is a real spec hog on the cpu and ram, your going to want an i3/i5 and 4 gig of ram minimum. Pc-Specialist are pretty decent for laptops as you can select 'no windows' to save like 50 quid and select only the specs you want

If you really want to look at hitting the next level in terms of pc gaming I would look at 144hz monitors and gfx cards that can run the game at the needed 60-70fps. These allow gaming with basically 0 response time or input lag and look stunning. There is also the option of going for a multi monitor setup or an even higher resolution than 1080p. A hell of alot of gaming monitors are available now with different non standard rez's

If you are on a budget the 280x or 270x are really good value budget cards. Also if you want a MASSIVE improvement in gaming and your computer in general then get a SSD drive. yes it will cost you more and get less storage but the speed is so much faster than a mechanical HD it's worth it

I always thought if he never went for the last two in his weight class a few years back it was the end of him. He was already struggling to make weight and only really had one or two big fights left IMO. He should have tried for the bigger fights earlier on in his career but I don't see him doing anything of note anymore.

Yeah no-one is saying Lallana is bad. By all means he is a really decent english player who could hold down a place on most teams. He just isn't worth the price liverpool are paying for him IMO.

Lallana has been impressive no doubt. But if you compared his Per 90 stats with Shaqiri he gets blown out of the water. Not only that but he's also younger and built like a fucking tank. Considering how likely it is now that bayern may sell him due to not being able to guarantee him a place on the team it would be stupidity for a decent EPL club not to go for him EDIT: here is a comparison of Lallana and Shaqiri's overlays.

Last year they didn't have cup competitions or europe. I think you GROSSLY underestimate the squad depth needed to put in both a title challenge and do well in the CL. The CL can cripple a club with injuries. Lambert was clearly brought in as backup for lower key games. As far as I am concerned lallana is a decent all round attacking mid but he is worth no more than 12-15mil for the output he provided, not 25mil which is overpaying by about 10 million Shaqiri is a MUCH better player and bayern will probably sell for less due to him wanting first team action

I would agree on the signing if it was closer to the original 23-24mil but its looking at closer to 40M with addons and taxes. I'm sorry but there are much better midfielders for that sort of money. Even barcelona paid less for Rakitic (16M) and I would argue he is a much better player. Infact this signing from united is getting close to modric's price which is insane.

Still don't think they have advanced Civ past Alpha Centuari. I've played every civ game since Civ 2 and that one is still by far the best, even better than V (although I will conceed V is way better than IV)

I'm sorry but that is far too much money for how good a player he is. Based on his stats and what I've seen of him he is worth 15-20 tops, for the price + addons united are going to pay they could easily have bought someone way better Like pogba or matuidi, both of which have way way better stat profiles.

If anyone seriously thinks this is worth it for an xfer worth up to 40m they are insane. 40m is pogba/Vidal money, for that price I'd be expecting one of the best cm's in the world. Not someone who is decent all rounder with a Max value of 15-20m realistically

You mistake what I mean. They version of WD's that was on show E3 2012 is NOT the same version graphically that is out at the moments. It has since become known that the original pre-downgrade graphical settings were hacked out of the PC versions game code and now a custom mod can basically run the game as it was intended. This is basically tactic proof that Ubisoft downgraded the PC version graphically so as to not show up the console version. Also your kidding yourself if you think that Watch_Dogs has been optimised well for the PC. Like most ubisoft PC ports its barely more than a console port with the terrible uplay interface tacked on

Thats some piss poor optimisation on the PC if that is the case. Same with watch_dogs though, ubisoft basically took a massive shit all over the PC version and downgraded it to console level.

I doubt it will be locked to 30fps on the PC mate. I look forward to some 120fps gaming
