Ha ha... i got my negative rep for calling this man "a wanker" a few weeks ago! If I'd have just saved it for now, I'd be the most popular poster on here!

Ally and players to volunteer for wage cuts.

This man will keep our club together. Not the best tactician, but a fantastic man manager and leader. In Ally We Trust -
No money for players, but money for Banstead?

Could Whyte have owed this guy 250k and used this team as a "feeder" to Gers to get the money to him? As said, we would NEVER give a team like this the time of day. Sounds well dodgy -
Ally set to appeal SFA decision to block Cousin signing.

No, we went into administration because whyte hadn't paid the tax man for 9 months, giving us £9 million extra debt that meant we couldn't pay our monthly bills. -

"One of Whyte’s failed business ventures was Vital UK, which went bust owing creditors around £400,000 and the tax authorities £313,000 in unpaid income tax and VAT. Vital’s collapse led to a seven-year on Whyte being a company director." ---------- How did this man get clearance to run our club? We should be suing the SPL for passing this crook. "Fit and proper" my fucking arse. We will not see Craig Whyte again btw! -
Don't see either being here next season so not fussed either way.

Fans leader sounding less than positive.

Those who want to see our dignity in tact really do understand our history more than those trying to blame everybody else for our current problems. murray and whyte represented our club and both conducted themselves very poorly and irresponsibly and if we are punsihed through their actions then so be it. We'll serve our time and come out stronger. Juventus were relegated and came back just as strong only a few years later. watp -
What is the point of this... the leaders old and new at our club have brought this on us, not the rest of the league, not the media, not those bunnets in the east? Not going to away games will only give firepower to those who claim they don't need us... we'd only be showing ourselves up. We're better than that, this is what we are fighting for, our traditions remember? Throwing our toys out doesn't accomplish anything and just makes us look weak. If murray and whyte have been playing unfairly financially, we'll take our punishment and come back stronger. End of matter. Some people need to man up and stop trying to blame others, the blame is with murray for spending too much and finding a loophole to make savings to keep us going (the ebts), and whyte for irresonsible management over the last 9 months. It's not the loyal fans fault, it's not the small businesses who have supplied us for years, it's not the medias fault for milking this story and playing both sides against ech other to sell papers and it's not any other spl teams fault.

Bit shite slagging off the fans who managed to fill Ibrox to the rafters today. Every single one deserves a clap... and fair do's, for all of you who are so scunnered that they couldna't stay to the end... you'll get a clap AND a wee gold medal! Well done to you all for staying the full 90 mins and good on you for making sure everyone else knows it here at RM! YOU are the people, not those who had to leave 10 mins from the end... they're just kiddy on supporters. With the players playing so well today you'd think they'd have stayed!

***The Official Champions v Kilmarnock Thread***
kp501 replied to Clemdog's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
This is disgraceful. This season we have been absolutely woeful. 10 points deduction or not, we were never winning this title! May sound defeatist, but it's fucking true. A shame that the supporters weren't treated to better today like they deserved. -
AJ reported to have reported Whyte for criminal fraud
kp501 replied to Boab's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
Is this "invisible £24 million" that's hitting the news tonight anything dodgy or anything to worry about? -
Can any criminal charges result from the big case? Just a Q

Questions re guarding HMRC tactics from SSN

Goes to prove we really were just a stepping stone to scare the alleged 8 EPL teams who they'll go after next! -
The money ahould have been used to tie down Aluko anyway. Many said it cpl weeks back. If we lose him in the summer that'd be well pish os he's playing out of his skin
-
Another rumour.... Would Hearts get their last installment of 800k when we come out of all this or can we write that off to? Good thread btw, wish there were more that kept everything nice and tidy.
-
"You could dump £49million of debt, hive the business up and have a new clean start and everybody is happy." The mind of a fraudster!
-
I'd love it if your right mate, but isn't that gonna cause a lot of anger with other creditors and hrmc, if Whyte's handed assets that is, resulting in other creditors getting shafted? Is it not too public a case now or would he still have his right as primary secured creditor?
-
The OPs post is a very good one and it fills me with confidence that other bears agree, but IF we have £30 million, can hrmc not demand the lot if they won? Even in admin? Or would they get the same as all other creditors x pence in £ ?
-
Not even started my work and my tim pal (same office ha) is saying we're gonna lose all the titles we got that not paying tax apparantely got us, and that we'll need to pay loss of earnings to rest of league. Claims it's in spl constitution/"rulebook" and liewell is leading it with dundee utd. It's gonna be a looooooong fuckin day. PS... got to laugh, when i came in he had RM up on his screen too! Sad bastard

If we lose the title by less than 10

Ha ha, exactly! -
wouldn't be surprised if CW knew cousin couldn't be signed after admin, thus going along with it for ally's sake. I heard super wa none to pleased about jelavic going with no replacement, to the point he was handing his resignation in. Rumours are rife right now tho, what ones to believe is like playing roulette
-
What are chances of our bigger players being sold in the summer mcgregor, lafferty, naismith, davis, aluko even would prob get a decent fee now too? Sadly
-
agreed. I've cursed him a few times this season, but my admiration for him will ALWAYS be
