You do know he signed a (lucrative) contract with Rangers only 7 months before admin after only playing a handful of games for Hertz the season before -because of injury (6 iirc) So It's not as if he was with us like a loyal soldier for seasons before. He tuped that exact contract over but he was also part of an atrocious team that failed to win promotion out the arse end of Scottish football at the first time of asking- looking over weight and unfit (but loyal) And yes he is a top bloke definitely, I've met him So loyalty won't win games/leagues and I would rather have that, thank you very much.
