Great players, poor team. Some incredibly poor results recently and you sense there's a lack of discipline, when it comes to playing for the national team. They need a manager with real authority it seems, not sure if Leekens is the answer, but the tools are all there. Kompany, Vermaelen and Van Buyten as defenders, Fellaini, Hazard, Defour, Verthongen, Witsel midfielders and a huge talent in Lukaku up front along with the likes of Dembele and Mirallas. Looks very strong on paper, they are the weakest in goal though, lack of experience in that department as well.

Quite surprised by this. Very good signing for Wolfsburg, they have some transfer history with Palermo having signed Barzagli and Zaccardo from them in the past. Wolfsburg confirmed the Friedrich signing last week, but I guess it went under the radar a bit with the WC frenzy. The fee is something like 2 or 3 million Euros I believe, ridiculously low. Cha Du-Ri was first a striker, played there, when he first got to Europe, but his finishing is shit, so he was moved around, because of his work rate.
