There is a team there and the overhaul a lot of people call for isn’t needed. We need 4/5 quality additions to go straight into the first team and an experienced manager, then we’d be able to put up a decent challenge

He got an assist against Hamilton away at the end of last month. His assist record last season was good. It's his finishing that is the issue.

(STV)" Not seen either of the above incidents but surely something needs to be done about the standard of refereeing in general, every week there's at least one big incident they've gotten wrong

They've played it very well. The role itself is just bizarre though. Basically a random football fan gets to decide who gets banned or not. If they wanted to do it properly the CO would be a retired, qualified official from another association who has no connections or affiliations to our game.

He seems firey enough to handle it. If they don't already I'm sure the players will soon realise it truly is us v everyone else.

Thought that's what I saw at the game so went back to check as I couldn't believe it. It did indeed! Hopefully he'll not feature at the weekend

He totally shat out of the tackle leaving Shinnie one v one with Wes. Had either win the ball or clean Shinnie out in that situation

Agree his long punts were useless but as has already been said there were so many times where none of our players gave him an option for a short pass. Thought he shielded the ball well and put in some good tackles in the second half

Doesn't need to be in writing for it to be legally binding. The agent made a verbal offer and once it was accepted they can't back out. Messy though

I'd have liked a midfield three of Holt, Halliday and Rossiter for a good bit of bite in there and then push Windass to the wing. However if Rossiter is out like has been suggested then the midfield has to be Halliday, Holt and Windass imo

3 of our goals tonight came from our wide players running to the byline and cutting the ball back, he's our most effective player at doing this and his pace will always be a threat even if he isn't as technically gifted as some of our other players

Poor touch but he's got the pace to get away with that in some situations and he offers something different especially on a big pitch. I agree some of his final balls are poor but even outwith the Linfield game he's created two goals directly from driving to the byline and cutting the ball back across the box. Would 100% start him today

What does he have against O'Halloran? Feel his pace would have been a good outball today

First corner they had dembele was unmarked but the ball didn't beat the first man, unmarked again for the one he scored. Disgraceful
