I Think a lot of our problems are at Murray park, the training (or lack of) seems to be a laugh, you only have to look at our set plays, no matter who takes them, on the whole they are poor, passing is poor, players tactical awareness is poor, these should all be worked on, that's why in my opinion when players come to Rangers they go backwards in terms of form and ability. we need a management team in place NOW, than can install a training regime that brings out the best in every player and gets us back to where we belong.

I Backed Ally up until the Ramsden Final last year, that had to be one of the worst Rangers performances ever ! I managed to stay until the 85th minute last night, hoping that we would sneak another goal but in reality it was never going to happen. Ally, your time is up, i sat through the John Grieg era , that wasn't a great side but still better than today's team, Don't tarnish your legend status any more Ally, go now.

I'm sorry but Ally you have to resign, this simply isn't the best, this is a shambles of a team , there's a lot of good managers out there who could shape this lot into a decent side , please let someone who knows what they're doing come in and sort it out. Ally spends far too much time at training taking part and playing 5's , is this really the job of our manager, our grossly overpaid manager at that. Playing days are long gone Alistair this is serious, laugh, joke aye very good but we had to sit through that utter dross tonight again, we deserve better, our great club deserves better.
