The only positives I took from that shit show is King looks to be gaining confidence and Yilmaz looks to be far better in an attacking sense than Barisic. Didn't see enough of his defensive duties to comment.

Unfortunately that is a fair summation, and I take no pleasure in agreeing with it. Barasic looks like a rabbit caught in the headlamps every time the opposition attack down his side. The amount of times he passes backward is woeful ( Kent may not be helping with this). If Gio can't see this, and it seems he doesn't, we're in big trouble.

Between this today and the tarriers banners in Poland, I'm sickened and saddened beyond words. We shouldn't have to live our lives, or breathe the same air as these vermin, and Id normally consider myself as an easy going person, but these incidents are way beyond what is morally acceptable.

Hope I'm wrong but don't think he'll make many changes and we'll be subject to another dose of turgid side to side play. Even if we get a result it will only be papering over the all too obvious cracks. Gives me no pleasure to say Gio's time is up, it's bad for him and bad for the club. Good questions ! Perhaps the board, and the players should all be sat down and given a wee (recent) history lesson. Whether it would make any difference I don't know.

I'm fekking delighted, we've just beaten a really good European team after a dodgy result at home. Have we proved we belong on this stage ? We'll find out soon enough but meanwhile we should enjoy the moment, we really have moved on.

Souttar was dreadfully disappointing, he'll be back at Hearts before the end of the season. Barasic was crap as well. We looked more solid and comfortable when Sands came on.

This would be the icing on the cake for this transfer window, here's hoping we get it over the line.
