Why are we scared to play Gallagher and hardie up front, why can't sinnamon get a game at right back, surely they can't be worse than what's there. Why does every manager insist in playing our best central defender at right back. How does law get away with it week after week, so much for McCall ringing the changes, same pish. Aird has played well in the last two games! Lee is our captain - and foster - well every team has one! So because lee is our captain he has to play, pish. Also what 2 games has aird played well in? He is a terrible player. I honestly worry that some people find this acceptable.

Ally is only there for the money now even he can't believe he is doing a good job any more, I actually get angry when I see him, mcdowall and durrant now. He has to go, if he cares about the club in anyway just walk, put your hands up admit you can't do it and walk away. The players are just as bad, kris boyd and Jon daly are 2 of the most static players I have ever seen, how many times did boyd fail to jump for a header, how scary is every ball flung at our defence, why does aird, shiels and law always check back when they could drive at a defender. If ally doesn't walk tonight a protest must be done at the front doors as he is killing us.

Is he still with us? If so where is he, is he injured. It's scary he got a new contract when there were midfielders out of contract like kenny Maclean and Scott allan about in the summer.

It's because our forwards don't move, like actually don't move and we play our best midfielder out wide left/right coupled with the likes of smith being shoe horned into midfield and law and black going missing for large spells of games. One thing I notice with our players is how they all check back while we attack no one actually takes a man on or runs to the bye line, is it a confidence thing or instructions? Our lack of pace is frightening and it must be do easy being a defender playing against us.

As we are all aware we have no scouting in place so how did the signing of peralta come about? Who spotted him and what was there thinking?

We all know ally is on 400,000 a year down from 800,000 which is frightening but how much are durrant and McDowell on and does anyone know how that compares to spl teams . How much would a new manager want and what would be acceptable to pay a new management team. How much could we save a year with a new team in place?

If you could have a chat with our manager what questions would you ask him , as I'd love to know what he see's that we don't . 1. Why does McCulloch get a game at centre half 2. Why is McLeod always shunted out wide. 3. Why does black get to take free kicks when nearly all his attempts are pathetic . 4. Why do our players look so slow and always take too many touches on the ball or turn back instead of taking a man on. 5. Why do we create so little . (Probably answered that myself with number 4) 6. Why did Kyle hutton gets new contract. 7. What does McDowell and durrant do , surely the 3 of them can't agree with these tactics and team selections.

Ally has to be a man and walk away , he cannot continue to embaress us with his team selections and after match interviews , can he not see McCulloch is never in a million years a centre half or that McLeod is our best CENTRAL midfielder . He has signed some awful players from argyriou , faure , Stella and Kyle to daly , foster and mohsni . He gave a contracts to cole , kal Naismith , perry. and Mitchell then released them ( we probably had to pay off some of these guys as they were still in contract) . He handed a contract to hutton when he should have been chased from ibrox especially as players like kenny mclean , Scott allan And moragamo gomis were available for nothing and would do a better job , we have needed a right back and left winger for years , but we bring in more centre forwards and centre halfs ( but still jig gets a game ) . Players who looked good elsewhere like templeton , shiels , black and law have went backwards which surely can't be a coincidence . We can't take a set piece , we can't defend a set piece , we have no imagination , pace or urgency . We cannot allow him to hinder us , I know he is a legend and he held us together at our lowest point but he has to go and we as fans need to make our voice heard .

New management team for starters , let everyone who's contract is up leave go ( simonsen , little , cribari , hutton and hegarty ) ,see if we can get someone to take (.smith , foster , mohsni , perry , McCulloch , faure , black , Sheils and daly ) I know we are more than likely stuck with these guys but to get them off the wage bill would be great . Bring in players like Boyd , kenny mclean , danny Wilson , Craig Cathcart ( blackpool centre half ) who are all out of contract . Jamie walker from hearts is a good creative player if we could afford him . We would also give the youngsters like gasparotto , Halkett , Murdoch , telfer , stoney and hardie a chance to see if they have hot what it takes . Hopefully this doesn't seem unrealistic , we need to change now or will regret keeping ally in charge for years to come .

I honestly can't believe some fans are taking positives from today as we were awful , some effort in the first half yes but that should be expected of a rangers player , our keeper was poor , foster was horrific , McCulloch and mohsni doesn't work , law and black had so many misplaced passes it was unreal , shiels was a wasted jersey again and daly can't move , on top of that our manager left it too late to make a change as we could have done with clark or Gallagher up front early on for pace and movement , if we as a support accept this it will be a long long time before we are back where we belong .

How daly and shiels were on the park for 90 mins is beyond me , both were a disgrace today

Got to get clark on , shiels has let us down big time in that first half , apart from the miss how many times has he stood and waited for the ball and a utd player has knicked it from him .

Get shiels off for Gallagher or Clark , don't let aird take any more corners and we still have a chance here

I have been looking at our squad and don't really see anyone who could give us the spark required on Saturday , we could realistically drop anyone from last Sunday with no complaints but who comes in ? Is their any lads in the youth team who could come in ?

It's sad but ally has to walk away for the good of the club , his signings have been dreadful , his tactics are non existent , the players that were decent when they arrived have gone backwards , he never learns from his mistakes and worst of all the players have no fight which is inexcusable
