It's show on ESPN over here that documents USA's preparation, squad selection, etc. for the World Cup. I watched it live and I was furious. Basically, they were talking about Edu's career in Europe, his struggles and his return to MLS. He was talking about Rangers and the only part ESPN chose to highlight was the one time he was called a racial slur. Typical sensationalism by ESPN.

Pardon my ignorance, but does anyone know what percentage of that 15 mil we get? Because if the SPFL's television deal is contingent on Rangers being televised, then Rangers should get at least the same cut as the top flight teams, probably more.

I'm sure that guy commentating in both videos is Rob Stone. He was the lead guy for Fox Soccer channel until they got rid of it when NBC bought the rights of the BPL last year. He still does Fox's FA cup coverage and also some college football. He's brutal.

I like Dean and I don't really want to see him leave but he's not playing much, so maybe it's for the better. The 200K payoff has to be a deal breaker though, as I can't imagine the transfer fee would exceed that amount (if we get anything at all). Also, we want to save money so why would we pay him to leave?

He scored 16 goals in all comps last year and he has 11 league goals this season. He's only 21 and it seems like he can play but I haven't watched him. Is he similar to Nicky Clark? And yeah, he did just sign a two year extension, so we'd have to pay something. Plus he played for Torbett Swifts.
