I buy the full package every season because I got fed up fucking around with streams and not every game is shown on BEIN Sports here (bonus not having to listen to Crocker and Andy fukin Walker). I still have to pay for an Australian sports channel for Euro games as they can't show them on RTV. The iphone app has been a bit buggy, usually the live games are fine but highlights etc haven't been playing for me for about 12 months, RTV support were not helpful. I usually log in on my tv web browser and watch the game live otherwise if it's a middle of the night kick off or I'm working in the morning it's great for watching the full replay.

I don’t believe that there’s another FIFA grade ref in the world that would have made the decision in the way Clancy made it. The decision should be goal, VAR is going to look at it and either allow it or make him go look at it himself. Incompetent refs are using VAR to avoid making decisions they don’t want to make. The penalty Kent got a few weeks ago was the same. The ref had a clear and close view of it and chose not to blow the whistle and wait for VAR to do it for him.

I watch a bit of rugby league and Aussie Rules here. The rugby has had a video ref bunker for years and the the dialogue is broadcast live on the telly, not sure if it’s also played in the stadium. It’s not perfect but it’s better than trying to figure out how and why a decision was made by listening to muppets like Walker and Crocker.

The iPhone app is not working for me on everything except live broadcast. I tried emailing support but that was months ago and they were no help. I mostly watch rtv on the telly with a web browser.

I've just watched the match, a solid 3 points and a good team performance. However, the way refs are now using VAR as an excuse to not make a big decision on the pitch is beyond a joke. This should have been a whistle, point to the spot, 30 seconds for VAR to confirm correct decision was made and Tav steps up to put it away. Don Robertson, by not pointing to the spot, is saying that he doesn't believe it's a penalty or that he's a shitebag and wants somebody else to make the call.
