  1. Ward would take the re-match as a comfortable pay day, but Froch wont go anywhere near him, despite his pride he's knows he'd get beaten again, he didn't lay a glove on Ward in their 2011 fight. He's the one fighter who has clearly outclassed Froch, although perhaps Direll would have taken the split decision if he'd have taken the fight to Froch like he boasted he would. Froch should retire for me, with his titles and his health intact with a good few spends in the bank.
  2. English Rangers supporter, but hate the hype in the press/media down here before a major tournament. Expectation seems unusually understated for Brazil though, which is a welcome change from the usual 'Go on and win it boys' pish. Hope they do well but not overly bothered if they dont!
  3. Had a wee fiver on em when they were at 14's for the SC, Mon The NY Gers!!
  4. 'Desire The Right' ya prick. We'll have no morality lessons from a woman beating Dogger thanks!!
  5. A real shame, was looking forward to him making a proper arse of things with that shower.
  6. Best thing to happen in Scottish Football for years, good riddance to bad rubbish!
  7. PUMA and Sports Direct can get tae.., the shirts are crap, generic design, the worst quality shirt we've ever had and a rip off at £50 quid... insulation tape on the collar V ffs, just rubbish!! Not for me this coming season....
  8. The atmosphere generally in the late 70's early 80's was miles better than it is today, not just for the games against the Bin Dippers!
  9. A seamless move into the role of Club Captain next year for Lee Wallace!
  10. Like many, been disappointed with the football we've played on numerous occasions this season, but the guy is a class act and way above some of the personal stick he's been getting over the last few months (particularly on-line) Fantastic tribute to both SJ and the support on Saturday.
  11. Not a great first half, but a cracking goal to brighten it up , couple more in the 2nd half please, Mon the Gers
  12. The Board may have committed to completing the 120 day review by April 17th, but there's no way they were going to release its findings before securing next seasons ST Money. King knew that and called their bluff, I think he's been proved right. Perhaps he should have waited until after this weekend though, when everyone's energy and efforts should be focussed on the park. The board will continue to stall on sharing their short term plan for the future security of the club because I don't believe they don't have one yet!! Support for King will grow whilst this remains the case. Its a big ask for King (irrespective of how strong you feel his loyalties are on not) to contemplate another £20 Million investment, just to line the pockets of those who couldn't give two f*cks about the Club. And who have put nowhere near that sort of money into our struggle (to keep us afloat) to demand that level of return either. Just want these Spivs out and our Club back!
  13. We are owed a huge performance on Saturday after the embarrassment of last weekend, McCoist and the players can be under no illusion that anything other than a 100 per cent committed, fighting, blood and guts display will suffice. Don't let us down again lads!!!
  14. Happy with Huddersfield, would be a decent day out and just up the road!!
  15. Our fans know that the standard of football we have played over the last 2 years hasn't progressed at all Andy!!
  16. The manager sets up the team, decides on formation/tactics etc.. and he's clearly not getting it right. The players just aren't cutting it either though, how many players do we have, that you watch and think to yourself 'yep he's a really decent footballer' Wallace and Bell perhaps but that's it for me, (possibly McLeod & Templeton)? This is the worst Rangers side I've seen in 35 years, including the barren times of the early 80's. Wasn't so much angry walking away from Easter Road back to the bus yesterday (that ship sailed long ago), just bitterly disappointed at yet another abject display devoid of any entertainment value whatsoever. A regular 600 mile round trip to watch this standard of football is getting harder to endure, I'm not sure what the answer is but Ally and his current staff don't seem to be part of the solution.
  17. Looking forward to going on Sunday!! from where we've been the last 2 years it's a long awaited cup final and silverware up for grabs!! Just hope we win AND play well! Mon Gers !!
  18. From the Q&A on the RF Website; Who will own Rangers should Rangers First eventually purchase the club? The aim of Rangers First is to become the majority shareholder in Rangers FC. Its core strategy entails creating a membership structure, which will mean that Rangers supporters – through becoming members of Rangers First – will have individual ownership of the club in a one member, one vote system.
