Quite a few of these players have been through 3managers and none have step up yet. That says to me get them out. I know we can’t get them all out but I really hope there’s at least 5/6 new starters coming in.

It’s shown and cost him his job. Only himself to blame if that’s the case. Everyone can see what’s going on on the pitch apart from the manager. It’s bizarre.

See it was JJs idea to put him on in midfield for Cummings. Good to see that they are working together and taking each other’s ideas on board and going with it. Shame they couldn’t have done it earlier in the season.

I think he’ll be thinking like the rest of us that the majority of the squad needs to go and will be concentrating on transfers. I hope!

Lets hope he installs that fight, desire and winning mentality we’ve lacked for years.

He won’t go back to the youths. How bad is it going to look on him if they said he’s sacked from first team duties and the youth duties in the same day. This ,he’ll take time to consider his options is saving face for him whether folk like that or not.

It would be daft to have neither in the starting line up every week IMO. McCrorie was very much coming onto his game when he got a run. It’s just a shame about his injury. And as for Docherty I hadn’t seen much of him before he signed but his work rate and passing the other week was brilliant. Both have great careers infront of them if they continue to their capabilities.

What player now would you say is like him? Think McCrorie or Docherty has the ability to be as influential as him?

We know Murty has done quite well but can it also be said that Jimmy Nichol has also vastly improved the squad?
