This is going to be a tough match no doubt about it but it's at a neutral ground and anything can happen. The defence is a worry and some of our lapses in defending from the caley match could have cost us points yet again plus we are not exactly banging the goals in either. We still have things in our favour though as the scum are playing in the CL during the week and it looks like we are starting to play better and getting a run of games together. I honestly believe we will be much better than the last time we played them.

Same here I was actually pleased we signed a player of his calibre and felt it was a bit of a coup we got him in the summer. I still believe he is a player and if he has screwed the nut he would have been good for us but the guy is an absolute arsehole and hope he gets booted out which looks more than likely

I think it's becoming obvious Rangers and Barton need to come to an agreement to end the relationship, with Barton on Twitter sending daft tweets with hidden messages wanting away and Rangers sending him home doesnt do anything or resolve the problem.

I don't like being called it if it's used in an derogatory and hateful way to try and get a reaction to get one over you. I agree with some on here is what bothers me most is they fuckers use it freely as an insult and escape punishment of any kind

I've always wondered this too there was a lot of rumours going about at the time he would sign it just never happened. I would have loved it if he had signed for us as he was a goal scorer, on another note I remember we were on the brink of signing Jardel but couldn't get a work permit I think, now that would have been a signing if we pulled it off.

I was all for giving Barton a chance and letting him get a few more games under his belt, after all he was brilliant with Burnley last season. But now after all the carry on and bother I would get rid of him in a shot if we can good player or not, he is a troublemaker and looks like he was unsettling the dressing room.

Today was important to get the 3 points but the warning signs are still there and this result is just papering over the cracks. If Thistle had took some of their chances it might have been another story today. The defence is still a big worry, it was good to keep a clean sheet but ive no idea how good or most likely how bad our defence is until we come up against the better teams.

Can't see him getting his chance tbh if MW rated him he would have him in the squad by now, he will probably get another loan move and will no doubt get all the plaudits in the championship then just become another youth player who didn't make it at our club.

We are exactly were we are cause we cant defend and we aren't finishing our chances when they come. When you can't get one of the two right you are always going to struggle and that's were we find ourselves at the moment unfortunately

This is why I don't bother with stats as they can be used to back up any argument, the only stat that matters is scoring goals and conceding less than the other team.

I still think there is a player in there somewhere he just needs time, I like the fact he's got a bit of dig thats what we want in the team winners who give their all for the cause. Hes just joined us and people are writing him off already FFS. He needs time to get to know how we play and get used to his teammates

I agree he hasnt made an impression apart from his first game against St Mirren at Ibrox I think it was were he looked like fucking Laudrup. I feel he would be better used in a similar role that we used to play lovenkrands in europe ,up front with pace to burn to run at defenders through the middle that way he only has one objective shoot at goal.

I thought we didn't play too badly today, yes we still lost which is a sore one to take but if we took our chances especially in the 1st half I feel we would have got the 3 points. No I would give him until the end of the season then judge him unless we really fuck things up then he should be shown the door earlier. I thought we played well today apart from not taking our chances when they came our way imo I feel some players are lacking confidence at the moment.

Probably get a pat on the back and a pay rise now
