In a mist of all the glory of Kris Boyd last night i appeared to forget the goal we lost due to a poor peice of goal keeping from Allan Mcgregor. I noticed he done the exact same thing in the warm up against hibs. Hopefully this just makes the big man hungry for a super performance against the tarriers

Sorry but thats rubbish, it came straight to him and he had his body and both arms behind the ball but deflected it through his own legs into net.

It was a mistake by him, a top class goalkeeper should not be getting beaten like that and had that been Boruc you would have been laughing at him for yet another howler.

It came straight af him from about 3 yards after deflecting off the striker at pace.

He's not got reflexes at the speed of light.

A lot of goalkeepers would have found it difficult to stop that.

Its not a mistake. It's not a howler.

Its just unfortunate.

Reflexes? It came straight at him and he fumbled it through his own legs. On another day he would have just gathered it up...

When we were 3-1 up last night and Dundee Utd were starting to come back into the game there were a lot of people in the Copland were panicking like fuck and really getting on Lafferty's case. There always has to be a fall guy after all.

The boy made one mistake, even the great keepers make them. I remember Buffon making a similar, all be it slightly bigger howler against Newcastle in the Champions League and he rose from it. Let's give the boy a break and look at in the context of he made a slight mistake in a game we won by 6 goals, hardly material to get dropped over.

Bad mistake from the whole team, especially McGregor. That is twice in two games we have lost an early goal due to not being switched on!

Cannot afford to do the same on Sunday, or we will be punished!
