I'm sure he was talking to Fern Britton about what they would be discussing on her show and she was saying that some place in England (maybe a hospital) has started printing those "no win, no fee" adverts on the back of their appointment cards. And out of nowhere Ken Bruce pipes up and makes a comment along the lines of "Ah. The old ambulance chasers" Now I was still coming around from my anastetic at the time I thought I heard this, so I maybe imagined it. Can anybody confirm that I heard correctly?
